Thanks!! I love color!! I'm quite into the 16 seasonal color types (based on a person's natural body colors). To make a palette with that system, I think they'd basically stick to only pairing tints with tints for Springs (tints = add white or maybe off-whites to hues = pastels), shades with shades for Summers (shades = add gray to hues), tones with tones for Autumns (tones = add black or maybe other dark colors to hues), hues with hues for Winters (hues are pure). All within similar levels of warm/cool undertone, soft/bright intensity, and light/deep value.
For example: a Soft Autumn palette is I guess only tones and/or shades - but only ones that are light to medium value, warm to neutral undertone, and very soft intensity. It can borrow some colors from its neighboring palettes of Soft Summer and Warm Autumn. Soft Autumn borders on Summer and is the most soft, light, subtle, gentle, muted/faded of the Autumns.

it might sound silly, but one of my favourite quick cheats for palettes (esp w/ colours im not as confident with using, like reds&umbers), is to grab a simple circle brush and turn the hue/saturation jitter up to 30-50%, draw a few lines, and then pick out the colours i need. works like a charm for me!
making palettes with an analogous hue shift like the one Greg made for this video is also a REALLY good technique for shading and rendering pixel art! in my 10+ years of pixeling, ive found that it runs on a slightly different rule set within colour theory than larger scale digital art- leaning more heavily on optical illusion to make colour choices make sense to your eyes. if you want a peek into what im talking about, keysmash a few letters in black on mspaint and then zoom all the way in! you'll be surprised how many colours it takes to create black text

Guys, if you need any sort of color palette organizer/maker, I recommend coolors. You can generate your own palettes, save them, play with them, learn how they look to different kinds of color blindness, automatically get combinations of tertiary colors, binary colors, etc. And they also have an extensive library of premade palletes if you just need a color pallete for a casual thing
