I love how the first apartment had its own bathroom in each room
That first apartment looks huge!!!!!!
Yes. That’s one thing about Africa. Almost all apartments. Have en suite bathrooms.
It's standard in most homes in Nigeria, each bedroom is ensuite. And there's also visitors toilet downstairs. So many homes have 4- 6 toilets depending how big the house is
Guys if Nigeria doesn’t work for you or not your preference thats fine☺️ but it’s also fine if it works for her! Everyone have their own life to live and you just wish people well along the way🙏🏽 the first place was nice roti so big. I wasn’t expecting that idk y though lol maybe because the places in Ghana u saw didnt seem that big
I loved the first house you showed us. But overall I am really impressed with the space that you can get for the price. I'm excited for you.
The apartments seem very affordable, especially the first one. Big and spacious. If I was in transition to Nigeria.
I'm impressed by the prices. Affordable for the amount of floor space, furniture and interior design. Beautiful apartments with great prices. As for the hard mattresses I believe it's a matter of preference. I hate soft mattresses. The high density/hard mattress feel more comfortable to me. They're like a massage on the muscles. Perhaps it's bcos in Ghana I grew up knowing nothing but hard mattresses.
this first apartment is so beautiful Nigeria is really a rich country nice hope you show us more rich area and estates in Lagos thanks.
The first apartment was nice! I love the sunken living room. I do appreciate the hard mattresses and the square toilets. The other spaces were priced reasonably.
And just for $1,000 a month. I told them that Nigeria is a lot cheaper than Ghana, Kenya, or South Africa, Despite the crazy forex rate at the moment, living in Nigeria is still very much affordable.
She can move if she wants to! Nigeria is where the ballers are. Everyone has a serious hustler mentality. Most hardworking people you’ll ever meet. Business will do well. Obviously there are cons just like in Ghana and Canada
Intelligent comment! Lol every where has ups. And downs ! But if you know what you’re goal is, you’ll make it work!
Lol. Nigeria is also becoming the most corrupt country in Africa, especially after the last elections were a drvg dealer was imposed on the citizens... Nigeria is not the GIANT of Africa as it claims to be with corrupt leaders...
@@kobby7135 why so salty. 😂
Still Ghana is saver for kids.
@@user-oi9ic4sg6zMr.User, Nigerians have children too and they are safe as well. Just watchnand enjoy the blog, not your business where she goes.
This was great! I woke up this morning feeling an abundance of joy in my heart. This just added to it. I don't know exactly what y'all are doing, but continue to do it well! Stay Blessed! - Kweku Victor of Armooh Weku
I really like the first apartment. Great video.
please next video always show the full estate or property to see how good they look .
I loved the first apartment. So nice. Great job Rochelle.
Yeah, I like the first place as well. I wish I got to show you more.
It's affordable and alot of space I love #1
Maybe you should go to Ikoyi Banana island area or Osapa London finally Victoria Island .
Anyone else remember the “keep standard” shirt Rochelle wore in an old vlog that she turned into her slogan for a while 😂
O. M. G. IM CRRRRYYYYYIIIINNNNGGGGGGGGG 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@RochelleOfficially you kept saying standard in this vid and for some reason that triggered this random memory 😂😂😂
I love this apartment hunting
Leki is a good area.. Lagos is Wild.. Banana Island is nice as well ,but very expensive.. Lagos is a very interesting place 🤔 enjoy..
Yes, true
the pointing to go to the master bedroom is hilarious 😆
The first one is better, but it still needs work.😊
"Good, job. "Rochelle.😀.
Very good affordable place
do extensive market research about similar restaurants especially post pandemic
For sure! It’s quite similar to Ghana. Ghana is probably slower though.
1st one is beautiful
Yayyy
Unless you don’t plan on staying in Ghana and you only want to stay in Lago to check you food business when you open one, I would just rent an Air B&B for the time you stay there. Why pay rent at two places. I love the first place.
Yes. It all depends on the business plan. But that could be a good idea!
👏🏾
I’m thinking about moving to your country what is the number to that apartment complex
Makes me want to relocate!!
Plan for it. It's the best thing that can happen for anyone of African descent. Nigeria is affordable and huge.
🤔
Damn these are good prices 😭in fl it’s like $1800 for a studio lmfao
I kno 😱lol
🖤💚🧡💛🤍
How's the water and sewer system in Nigera? What about electricity and gas? Just curious 🤔 😮😊
You provide your own electricity via Genarator. Water is from a well , literally.. The Napa/ Electricity company isn't consistent 😑 Some area's yes others not so..
Nigeria is a great experience..
One must experience it..
@@Babajai, yes provide your own. The same provide your own electricity is powering the electric trains in Lagos uninterrupted. What have you done with your 24hrs electricity you claim you have?
@sunnyyande378 In America, we pay our monthly electric bill and receive 24-hour electricity. In Nigeria, they pay the bill and get services sometimes. So yes, many people rely on generators.. I'm sorry that is a facts. I've lived there and still have family in Nigeria.
@@Babajai How do the Hotels run? Do they also get inconsistent power? 🤔
@@Babajai, so what? It is also a fact that people are still living there. Why don't you take all your family to America and never come back?
I noticed there was no storage in the bathrooms?
Yeah, no storage. But there were some storage space under the stairs in the apartments.
Your conversion rate is a little off.
7500 usd is like 6 millions naira
That’s inaccurate. The last exchange rate my family member informed me of two days ago was 1150 naira per $1. Obviously the rates can change daily and they also vary depending where you exchange your money. But over the last few months, its consistently been over 1000 naira per $1.

I will be in Lagos this Tuesday for 3 months; coming out of Illnoise. Please Text me contact info who manage and leased these property units
Are you moving to Nigeria 🇳🇬
It’s a potential for Crazy Burger. So we thought we would check it out and see.
Crazy Burgers Will Make You Alot Of Money In Lagos At The Right Locations.
Why did you repost 2 old Miami vlogs from 7 years ago?
You need to check the water when looking at apartments in Lekki, cause the water is brown there 😭😭
Really?! I haven’t heard of that. I guess I’ll have to check.
Yup. The major Nigerian blogs on instagram show the different sides of Lagos... especially during the rainy seasons...
It Is Brown If You Didn't Do Borehole And Also Treatment. American Water Will Be The Same Too If There Is No Water Treatment Companies Here In USA That We Pay For Water Bills Here In USA
Why are you moving to Nigeria?
🙄🙄
She will run back to Ghana soon don’t worry.
From what I understand, she's not moving. She's thinking of opening a Crazy Burger there.
She’s building a house in Ghana
@user-oi9ic4sg6z , she didn't say she was moving. If she does decide to move, it is her decision, and some of you Ghanaians should live with it. She moved from Canada to Ghana, didn't she?
Rochelle, I hope you're not moving to Nigeria. I get that the housing, shopping, and architecture seem to be advanced compared to Ghana, but it doesn’t have the same vibe. It feels like a mini-Toronto; it gives off cold vibes and doesn’t have the same vibes as Ghana's family-oriented and comfy, simple living. I don’t see you guys doing your usual walk and shop, which seems to be a fun thing the kids love to do.
That. I agree with. There are give and takes
Ghana Is Not The Place If She Really Wants To Make MEGA MONEY. I Am A Nigerian American Living In USA 🇺🇸 What Makes You Think That Nigerian Are Not Family Oriented? Nigerian Are The Most Educated People In USA And In Africa In General. You Cannot Put All Nigerian Inside One Box
Nigeria? I would pass.
Good for you, it's not for everyone
Yup. Yes, Nigeria has potential however, after the last elections, it is going downhill fast, (Glaxo has left Nigerians and other companies are leaving too) unless there is some kind of INTERVENTION to curb the rascality, impunity, and corruption going on in all levels of the Nigerian government including the ROGUE judiciary. Let's not even start talking about how a drvg dealer was imposed on well-meaning Nigerians as a pResident... IYKYK.
You are too poor to avoid Nigeria anyway..😂 .that's the big ballers country of Africa
@@blackcoraltv6787 but still your people are running to Ghana to see phone covers and do ashawo. Come to Ghana and ask their age. Kwasiafuo. Juju nation.
