This house is beautiful but way too small. The living room, bedroom and dinning are so small. Even the kitchen lacks bacic amenities like fridge /freezer, microwave and oven. The passages are so narrow that it's impossible for two people to pass through at the same time. Only a bachelor / spinster can live here alone comfortably. It's definitely not for a standard family.
The money is too much for this house and it doesn't have basic amenities for the kitchen especially if you are paying 850m, trust me I decided to build your taste with 850m you would get better than that

Hopefully the potential owner does not have kids. Accident waiting to happen. For adults, the house is nice. Also, the space for the elevator needs to be closed out until the elevator is installed and not left open as is now. Again, the builders need to take safety seriously.
