It's such a great pleasure to see Kaka in his prime. He made football looks so simple. Just one swift turn and he's off. That's all pure technique, combine with extreme speed and acceleration - maybe the fastest players in 2003-09 era, excellent passing and vision, and sometimes clinical finishing, we have the best 9 and a half that Brazil has ever born - Ricardo Kaka
He's also good with both foot, he's so good that even he's the top scorer of 2006/2007 UCL, when was the last time a *midfielder* became a top scorer of UCL?
It is very rare for a Brazilian to be athletically gifted due to the fact that they are very technical players with flair. Kaka was a rare case as he had all of those attributes (pele and Ronaldo also had the claims for that as well). In his prime, he was a very elegant dribbler. Such a shame that he had all those injuries in real Madrid. But still, he is an all-time great player and won the Ballon d'Or.
I would say it's the exact opposite... Ronaldo (R9), Cafu, Roberto Carlos and Kaka were some of the most athletically gifted players of all time (I mean, Brazil was the one who basically invented the offensive fullbacks of modern football running over 10 Km per match and they've done it since the 60s). If you look back the first truly great explosive wingers came from Brazil (Garrincha and Jairzinho were super athletic) and Pelé is probably the most athletically gifted footballer of all time. I would say it's the mix between their natural technique and flair and their overall raw athleticism in terms of explosiveness and change of direction that makes Brazil the greatest footballing nation througout history and the ones who have produced the most talent. Coz in terms of flari and technique in general Argentine, Spanish and portuguese players are up there with then but it's the explosiveness and speed factor together with the technique that for me has made brazilian players different through the years. Brazil I believe has an immense advantage in that departamente due to being probably the most mixed country on the planet so their footballers appear in all shapes and forms

@@fk90-b9z'' you think pele was more athletic than r9, cr7, Henry and zlatan?'' Yes, the dude was a monster. 40 plus inch vertical, just look at his headers and speed. I was actually shocked when I first watched him, the guy in the 60s and 70s was jumping over defenders ans running olympic times in sprinting at trainings. Saw a report in Brazil like 5 years ago of a rare footage of Pelé dunking before the 62 WC, the man was 5'8'', basically the same height as Messi and he was dunking... scored dozens of headers (I mean look at the header in the 1970 WC final or even the one Banks saved, look how high the dude goes, the guy was shorter than Neymar for you to have an idea, can you imagine guys like Neymar, Messi, Maradona or others literally in the box like strikers and jumping over centre backs consistenly like that). They measured his vertical at 41 inches when he played in the US and that was after injuries in his late 30s, whether he's the best or not I don't know, but athletically yeah dude was absurd, especially considering he was from the 60s and 70s. And that's the thing, coz in terms of skills and technical flare brazilians really ain't the only ones, but they mixed it with physical attributes to give birth to modern footballers (also I wouldn't say Zlatan is really that athletic, he's acrobatic yeah but athleticism for me is a combination of speed, strenght, jumping ability, quickness, endurance and explosion, Ibra is athletic for a guy his size certainly but overall poun for pounf there have been a lot more athletic forwards, measuring athleticism in football is something very subjective actually, hell one could argue Messi is actually quite athletic, he's same the height os Xavi and Iniesta but at the difference in pace, strengh and even jumping, the way the slied and jumps over challenges and changes directions is also a show of athleticism in my opinion)

Kaka is the perfect example for young talents. When you are tall and play with such low center of gravity. Injury is bound to happen. This is why CR7 changed his physique, his style , even his position... Tall players have many advantages but getting injured often for dribbling with low center gravity is one of few disadvantages. He definitely was one of my favorites when I was 16 17.. but as I understand football more now I can see he was best when he had two strikers up front and 3 narrow midfielders in the back. @@jordisantacruzbernabeu8546 That's because of the injuries
Punto
He was a tremendous threat on the ball.
His control on the ball while running, strength/balance, tricky touches and dribbling were world class.
Plus, he had a powerful shot, speed, excellent accuracy and great technique.
Easily one of the best attacking midfielders of all time.
Milan selling Kaka was the first indication of their downfall
Miss management by milan clubs and also arab money ruined football
not really, he declined immediately when he left milan due to injuries.
No they first sold Shevchenko to Chelsea.
And Selling Pirlo was the nail on their coffin
@@TheRepublicOfTheRif you are right bro, and last is the vital part of Milan system free transfered to juventus
Beautiful upload of truly a beautiful footballer, cruel that injuries took their toll on him.
At 22 he was already running things for Milan, that’s how good he was.
Will never forget the amazing runs from deep with the ball just passing players at will.
He took rui costa out of the starting position 😳
Is that why he had number 22?
@@royerthedestroyer7 No, that due to his birthday is 22nd April
21 actually
Dude got named the best player in Serie A his first season there as Milan won the title in 03/04... and that was still the last years of serie A being arguably the best league in the world. His first year in Europe and he wins the starting number 10 position for the reigning european champions and is named the best player of the italian league... I would say he's very underrated actually, 2003-2009 Kaka (before the injury with Brazil after the 2009 confederations cup) is legitimely as good as any midfielder to ever play (would only put a Prime Ronaldinho, Zico and Platini ahead of him funny enough I believe that's the reason he's underrated coz his prime was more or less around the same time as Ronaldinho's and then when Ronaldinho declined a little bit Kaka got injured at a relatively young age)
No showboating, just skills and pace. Kaka is the ultimate joy to watch
left foot? right foot? fouled? doesn't matter. Just an absolute legend of the game.
I grew up watching Kaka playing with that amazing Milan team from 2004-2007, it was a joy to watch them play, and Kaka was incredible !!! good memories !!
he is the rich genus boy...Brazil home of every beautiful thing in football...and your videos my friend are the archive of every beautiful things in football
Uday T Naoman Top class player and videos 👌 I use football topics to teach English... please take a look ✌️⚽️
The perfect and unique mix of ball control technique, relentless pace and elegance at maximum in just one player still astonished me specially for his position that kind in the midfielder where there are always more players.
When kaka dribling the ball to counter attack it is like, he lead an army to ambush the enemies.. fast and deadly
One of my fav player
Love from juve fans
Kaka is out of this world... Some footballers only have a few attributes of his and are regarded as world class already. That's not to say they don't deserve it, it's just that Kaka is absolutely electric.
Essential and smart. On the picth, he never did anything that was not necessary. His toughts were twice-faster than most players.
The most accurate n effective finesse shot taker ever, theres no competition
Literally what was in my mind.. You let him shoot somewhere outside the center of penalty box... BAMMM!!!
hm Robben and Messi have some great finesse shots aswell
Those are comparing him to Joao Felix are sick , Kaka is n round athlete besides his pace, intelligence, ball, control vision, and shooting accuracy he is also a kind hearted person ❤
lmao, even ronaldinho is overrated compared to kaka
as we can see he can just score from anywhere, and team wont think abt defense at all, ez days
A force of nature !!! There are players more artistic and there are players faster ( the stat says but difficult to believe) but if you combine them, that is Kaka ... unmatched.
91 for kaka in FIFA, I think a defender who faced him wrote that stat.
lmao
basil shibu lmao 93/94 at least. Messi should be 95 and Ronaldo should be 94. This is if they were players still playing right now which Messi and Ronaldo still are.

I fell in love with football because of this man, what a legend
When that man runs with the ball it's just pure majesty!
A very special player and very unique he could have been the greatest of all of them. He had everything all abilities including the mind to game tactic, things he dud most great players couldn't do, very confident he could go from his position to scoring in no time.
He was something else.
Simply amazing ⚽🦵
SUPER KAKA!!!
what a run,what a skill,what an asset,what a plyer...i started supporting brazil for him.
Genio futebol extremamente profissional o arranque e explosão eram sem igual finalização extremamente ótima dribles precisos
UM MONSTRO
0:32 that acceleration is mind-blowing
Ikr, ran past 2 guys and one had a head start
Was that sprint or acceleration🤔
The footage is sped up.
Looks fake but that's real
The prime kaka
Im a man utd fan, but kaka is one of my fav if not most with rooney n zlatan.. there r many things that i loved about him, but the one where he destroy man utd in ucl sf was one that will never be forgotten
Kakà true master of coast to coast. Elegant, great technique, gol instinct, power, great shot.
having this guy run towards you is scarier than full army attack ....
The faith he had in his pace😍
People who only got to see him in his later years would scoff if you told them of the pace he had. Absolutely a Legend!
Formado no meu tricolor, orgulho da nação do tricolor Paulista, representando nossa escola de futebol!

he was unstoppable
still there isnt any player with same characteristics as him
Felix is very alike actually

Kaka is the perfect example for young talents. When you are tall and play with such low center of gravity. Injury is bound to happen.
This is why CR7 changed his physique, his style , even his position... Tall players have many advantages but getting injured often for dribbling with low center gravity is one of few disadvantages. My uncle who was a professional player , and later became a sport medic would tell me back in 06/07. that Kaka`s career will either be short or he will reach his prime and fall off earlier than your average player. RIP uncle.. You were right !
16:51 he shrugged off puyol like it was nothing
The most elegant player I have ever seen playing. My favourite goal is the one against Manchester United where he dribbles the two defenders (who clash against each other) with a header and then finishes with a clinical shot to the corner.
One of the most direct players! Why pass the ball 50 times when having such a skillful direct player to orchestrate your offense. I loved his game.
One of the most dangerous player ever !
With his other worldly pace and techniques, prime kaka is truly non stoppable
01:46 Kaka vs messi
Kaka the best Brazilian midfielder ever.
Kaka is so graceful running with the ball, like no effort and damn he was fast af.
My oh my... this brings me back... To have experienced all of this live. what a privilege. Kaka was a absolute force of nature during his first spell at Milan. I am so grateful for all the joy this man has given me. Thank you, Riccardo. forza Milan!

Quarta Era Il Gigante Milan Torna Le percussioni di Kakà ❤️
Infelizmente as lesões o atrapalharam demais.
In his prime years best football player to step on the pitch. Most complete player ever!

Great Kaká! From my São Paulo FC to AC Milan. He is an idol.
Under his boyish scholastic's skin there was a BEAST that runs with GRACE.
Que explosão o Kaká tinha, que jogador , que saudade ...
Kaká, Son of Christ, actually was the most beautiful (his characteristic, the way he played, and his kindness) Brazilian player ever.
He was really good, very fast and clever player.
Elegant too Kaka was just an joy to witness him and Ronaldinho where utterly amazing⚽🔥
My childhood hero along with Pirlo, made me fall in love with the beautiful game.
FOR ME KAKA IS THE BEST PLAYER IN THE WORLD ❤🖤
True Legend from my Childhood Kaka and Shevchenko how i miss Milan
One of greatest midfielders
Grande Kaká
He's speed was something else. Kaka ,Bale and Messi with the ball made the football look so easy and simple.Their pace was something else, with the ball they were unstopable.

This is the purest form of magic! It's as if he always run in a straight line towards the goal and the defenders couldn't do anything about it.

Ricardo kaka ❤
Hes a great dribbler and had good technique. He definitely was one of my favorites when I was 16 17.. but as I understand football more now I can see he was best when he had two strikers up front and 3 narrow midfielders in the back. If you see most of his contributions came from a counter attack by running at full speed or providing one of the two strikers up front, and at times shoot from distance. The only other option was to pass it to the wing backs where they can provide crosses. When I first watched him I thought he could get past any player and could out run them so I tried to play like that.
This speed...just wow a head above others
shot accurate - 99 🔥
Changing pace and direction ,Feints , ball close to feet with such speed need years years to master
He was more prospective rather than showman footballer like many.....
he made me fall in love with football ...my source of insipiration.
