I established the Copper Age Horror category on Key Collector last year and included Twisted Tales 2 in the first list. After that, record 9.8 sales popped off, I believe $250 was the high after a week of a few sales. I’m working on the next list right now. Gonna be gnarly and full of gruesome rarities.
Very cool! I had never heard of this Twisted Tales series, but now I'll have to check it out. Also, it's definitely a great strategy to buy in the off season.
The challenge and fun is determining what the seasons are and working around them. It's especially tough because The Wahoo is always in season. Dig it!!
I loved this series as a kid. I believe my local book store (which carried comics too) got in trouble for selling horror to kids, so I never saw anything past #2.
For the most part, yes. Occasionally, they will drop the coupon to 50%. When they do, I just wait it out because they return with a new 60% coupon a week or two later. I try only to buy when I can use the 60% off coupon.

Love that list! Thanks for establishing it. Looking forward to your other recommendations.
Cool score! I've had the first 6 issues of Twisted Tales since they were originally released. I should grab the final 4!
Nice! Would be fun to have a full set of the ten issues and they're all pretty affordable.

I won't report you if you want to get issues 3 through 10.

I went to Mile High for the first time a couple weeks ago. Do they do the 60% off year round in your experience?

@@MoneyballComics looks like they have a 65% deal for the 4th. Thats unusual.
