    Current owner of 2022 Kia Sorento hybrid s fwd: folks not getting the full mpg as advertised did not do research. My lifetime avg mpg is 37; with 80% highway driving. The trick is to configure the car in the menu option to get hit those epa estimates. With 8500 miles; it’s an amazing car with no issues. Don’t listen to the complaints. Additionally, the transmission problem for current Sorento is only applicable to the MADE IN USA SORENTOS with the dual-clutch transmission; the hybrids are only MADE IN SOUTH KOREA with a TRADITIONAL 6-speed automatic NOT DUAL-CLUTCH. I hope my comment helps a future buyer.

    Hey Nolan Nice review! I wish they had the Bench Seat option also. You had me spit out my tea when you were sitting in the third row and you said “I can sit in the third row With MY LEGS” It sounded like you carry your legs around or they detach. It just struck me funny. I needed a good laugh. LOL.

    My 22 kia Sorento hybrid AWD is STILL IN THE SHOP SINCE MAY 25TH!!!?
    So damn frustrated and now they said the hybrid battery has failed.....all of this at 4512 miles!!! I've hired an attorney for a lemon law replacement but Kia TAKES FOREVER to respond. This is insane.

      Thinking I'll let them buy it back and I'll grab an Ev6 Gt

    I have the 2022 KIA Niro hybrid and my only disappointment is the back up alarm. I’m aware that it’s federally regulated that all hybrids have to have a back up warning because the engine is quiet. It’s a safety feature and you can’t shut it off however they should have placed a setting that lets you turn down the volume. The back up alarm is as loud as a garbage truck backing up and pretty sure my neighbors aren’t impressed with me waking them up at 4:00 in the morning as I’m backing out of my garage for work.

      Pro tip: Back in to your garage so you don't wake up neighbors when you leave early in AM. Problem solved!

    This model looks like a copy of Highlander and Pilot and Outlander it’s not safe the trunk opens while standing just next to it ( with the key fob is on) instead they should have add the feature of remote start which can help in snowy days.

      Your wrong all Hyundai and Kia models have put wireless Android auto and Apple carplay in the basic version and taken it away in the top trim. It's a bizarre decision to take it away with the bigger screen and higher cost. Bizarre but true

      They are even better than almost every Japanese competitor when also considering their aftersales policies in Australia. KIA offers a 7-year unlimited Kilometers warranty in Australia.

    Why do adult reviewers keep talking height and leg room for 3rd row of these mid-sized SUVs? Who you do think that back row is for? Not adults....like wtf. It's a third row for children in families. Who regularly drives around with 6 or 7 adults? If you do, get a larger car or minivan....but know your audience. And stop complaining about the size of an area designed for children.

    • @PrimeAutotainment
      @PrimeAutotainment  2 роки тому +1

      Because some people do have adults or larger children in the 3rd row. If you have a car seat or two (in the 2nd row), the 3rd row may be needed. I don’t complain that adults can’t fit because as you said..mostly it’s for children. However, compared to some 3 row vehicles…some are better and larger overall. Don’t get so pissed about it lol. Move along to the next section of video if it bothers you so much.

    • @sunshinecycling
      @sunshinecycling 2 роки тому

      @@PrimeAutotainment I have watched quite a few videos of 6 foot male adults getting in the back and saying how cramped it is. I'd bet dollars to donuts that about 1% of the situations involving this car have a 6 foot adult male sitting in the back. So not sure why reviewers bother sitting back there and pointing it out. You aren't the only one.

    • @PrimeAutotainment
      @PrimeAutotainment  2 роки тому +1

      @@sunshinecycling I’m also 5’9”….many teenagers or younger are my height. Regardless, it’s nice to know ahead of time whether or not adults CAN fit back there. It can be a deal breaker for some people.
      It’s a reference point…obviously people shouldn’t expect a 6’3” person to be comfortable back there.
