At the moment in Australia Kia's range of cars with factory satellite navigation require CarPlay to run via a wired connection. Entry-level models without navigation have wireless CarPlay. It's a bit of a spec oddity, and means the only Sorento model with wireless CarPlay and Android Auto is the Sorento S.
