The Bellpine restaurant on the 19th floor of this building is incredible. Not just luxurious, but the chef has a lot of individuality in a classic Portland way.
Can we please stop saying that "Portland is back"? We never left. Whatever Portland lost, its found again? Repeat after me ad copy writers: "Guess what you missed while you were gone!" or "Look what you missed" Those are lame, too...but, in all of our creative tri-county area we can't folks that do copy like a rock through a glass building?
They have sold about 8 of these condos, what a disaster of a project, the developer is broke, this experiment can be seen as nothing but a failure at this point!
Well in its own little Hunger Games protected alcove this place is beautiful. HOWEVER, Portland is struggling, big time. Civic pride has PLUMMETED. The amount of businesses that have left downtown is STAGGERING. Office occupancy rates are plunging in downtown. Downtown still has open drug dealing. Police have to play "wack a mole" with the homeless and drug dealing.
Downtown Portland basically sucks these days. I hardly even go there for shows anymore. I just skirt around it to get to Forest Park. I really don't understand buying property in that part of town in 2024.
This building has redesigned the architecture and image of downtown Portland. It is the most beautiful skyscraper in the city.

And you can enjoy the splendor- 1:00-1:15 Tuesdays and Thursdays.
They're littering!!! 😂
omg at the oregon sunstone design story..sir this looks like every rectangular glass high rise built in the last 30 years! 😄😄
This is fabulous, Terry!
I remember when they started construction on the Ritz late into my first year living in Portland.
Just don't go outside at night.

Portland is trash taxes are high homelessness and overdoses everywhere. But hey at least the governor is all in abortion rights.
Nice view, but definitely not the best on the west coast
Dude has never been to Big Sur
I resent the indication that Portland was ever gone. Beautiful residence and good looking building though.
nice vid, subscribed
This more than 4000 sq ft. More like 6000-7000 sq ft.
No it’s not. I’ll never look at realtors the same way after listening to Tim Dillon. “Best view on the west coast”??? Please…
Why can't he pronounce concierge?
@@jeffghitelman6809 I will work on it. 🥹
Def NOT the best view on the West Coast!! LOL (seedy sales guy thing to say)
No, Portland is definitely not “back.” It’s both much dirtier and much more expensive than it was 20 to 30 years ago.

Super annoying! 🤨
The guy trying to sell this place so disingenuous
No thanks … I wouldn’t take it , if you gave it to me…
Like concierge services.

😂😂😂😂Portland is trashed
Same could be said about your meth face. 😂
