I just think it’s funny how that person said the espada would “cook” the sternritters, but kenpachi two handed smoked nnoitra and off screened Yammy with Byakuya. Then, Kenpachi got smoked by a COPY CLONE (Royd/Lloyd) of Yhwach, then went into a training arc with Unohana. Killed her, came back with the knowledge & full strength of his zanpakuto. He finally used his shikai & folded Gremmy, then went on the fight in a team battle against Gerard Valkyrie and was getting SOLO’D BY HIM. They were losing so bad that the fucking Quincy King , Yhwach Himself, had to kill that man and everybody else absurdly op with Auschwalen. TYBW Kenpachi before any fights literally solos all the Espada, So idk what dude was chatting about. I mean you even witnessed Yhwach literally one tapping Harribel & imprisoning her , so what makes dude think the rest of the espada had a chance to do anything to them.

I think everything that was brought up about Guts actually isn't shit compared to everything else that happened after that, the guy literally has to fight for his life against demons every single night, it's so underrated how bad that is, like insomnia by itself is bad, having annoying ass loud neighbours who keep you awake every day, but this guy literally has to fight demons like he's in a waking nightmare
Here's a take:
Luffy has no iconic attack.
Oda literally gives him a new one and goes back to READ OLDER CHAPTERS to remember what moves he gave Luffy. Unlike Kamehameha, which Goku uses at LEAST once per fight. Kamehameha is his iconic attack, Luffy has too many named attacks for any of them to be iconic to people outside of one piece fans. I would say pistol is his most iconic attack, but even pistol has like 10 different forms with different names. So...yeah none of his attacks are gonna be iconic
really good take, but I would say that gatling is his most iconic. and I also agree on the fact that oda gave luffy too many attacks and move variants, like jet gatling and roc gatling.

Imo his most iconic is gatling, because that's just a punch barrage and he just changes the name slightly. "Elephant gataling" "jet gataling" ect.
@jalalbkjust because he's evolving it doesn't mean it's the same ability. Same as how Final Flash Kamehameha, bending Kamehameha and the foot-based Kamehameha aren't as iconic as the regular attack. Plus, Goku primarily uses Kamehameha almost every chance he gets, while Luffy just uses whatever move Oda remembers by that point.

@jalalbk wym, Goku has the most techniques out of the entire DB cast, including but not limited to Destructo Disk, Solar Flare, After-image, Evil Containment Wave, Spirit Bomb, Super Spirit Bomb, Hakai, Kaio-Ken (depending on who you ask), Ultra Instinct Sign (also depending on who you ask), Masenko and, obviously, the many, many Kamehameha variants.
I'm sorry, but I saw "Guts' suffering is overhyped".

The thing that baffles me most about red roc vs kamehameha is that red roc isn’t even Luffy’s iconic attack/powerup. That would be Gear Two, which is far more famous and referenced in media. Still nowhere near kamehameha level popularity, but definitely far far above red roc which is barely even known outside OP fandom.

Small correction on Barragan, he didn't get one-shot by Sui-Feng. Barragan is actually someone that could steamroll the Sternritter, since his entire powerset is about aging, and him being a Hollow by nature would already give him an advantage. Everything, eventually, will rot away and die. It took Hachigen sealing his decaying arm in a Kido barrier and placing it inside Barragan's stomach, turning Senescencia (the official name for his power over aging) against him. Sui-Feng fired multiple shots from her Bankai, with Barragan walking away perfectly fine, and Hachi trapped him inside multiple layers of Kido barriers, to which he destroyed them with ease, since, to quote Barragan, "Even Kido will eventually age and die."
While a pretty sizeable amount of the Espada would likely get steamrolled by the Sternritter purely because so many of them (The Sternritter) are given actual god powers and requiring absurd deus ex machina to eventually defeat them (and frankly, even Barragan's defeat had a similar end), Barragan's power is one of the few that is genuinely absolute by sheer comparison to most powers in the series. At least, before all the absurd, bullshit god powers came in with TYBW.
Other than that, it was a fun video! I think it was good that you highlighted the idea of these characters learning the power system of the world they're being transported to, because that is something I don't see talked about a lot when it comes to these "MC Isekai" what-ifs. Definitely gonna check out more of your videos in the future!

Basically, Respira is just a technique _using_ Senenscencia, where he projects the aging effect of the base power through a breath-like miasma around him. In essence, it's a ranged version of the base, whereas Senenscencia is the passive time dilation field around his body.

I haven't watched both DBZ and One piece, I have no idea what Red Roc is, never heard of it, but even when I didn't even know what anime was I knew what Kamehameha was and what it did and who did it, even my parents that know little to nothing about anime know about Kamehameha, just to show how iconic this is.

I've always thought that what made Kamehameha so iconic in the west is because of the Burst Limit commercial that had people saying Kamehameha while they were arm wrestling and doing other stuff and it giving them the power to win.

ALSO, at this point in the show, kenpachi is soloing the espada because he LITERALLY BEAT SOMEONE WITH THE POWER OF IMAGINATION (although they weren't being smart with it)
They.... They do really forgot what quincy did to Haribell... number third Espada? I would argue they would try much harder to conquest Hueco Mundo with all of the Espada, since they kinda mirror Soul Society, and have much more headache to deal with them since they are supposedly attacking Shinigami after, this would force them to actually split some of their forces (some top Espada are still formidable opponents to deal and maybe worth as special threat). But ultimately much powerful Quincy will end those battles.

Considering most people know Kamehameha without seeing dragonball, and this is my first time even hearing of Red Roc, that should be all you need to know.

While I do agree with you the sternritters are superior to the espada there is a small detail I wanted to correct. Barragan didn’t get one shotted by Soi Fon, he tanked that shit, the only reason Barragan lost was because Hachi found a way to use his own power against him.

controversial takes... ichigo after any kind of power up is boring 1 sided fight where enemy who were untouchable bulldogs are now pomerian ants. Its like his power up has AI fixated to be stronger than his opponent enough to no diff them.
i can watch ichigo just thrown into fighting 1000 yamamoto but after any kinda power up, i m 100% sure ichigo will kill them all in 1-2 slash. Thats how it's always go.

Most of the important battles Ichigo barely won or barely escaped death, the only time he did power up and stomped his enemy was vs Ulquiorra but even then it was a major event announced far earlie and it didn't take 1 or 2 slashesr. Im not even telling you how much Ichigo lost or almost losts the fight despite all the training and power ups he got. And Because the fight lasted 5 min in an episode doesnt necessarily means they actually fought 5 mins. In some mangas they're telling you "these guys fought for days and days" do you think the studios will animate (3 days) 288 episodes of fighting to make things a bit more realistic ?
