Such beautiful virgin lands. Driving around in those empty deserted places on such good roads must be so relaxing. I don't have stuff like that here. Even the countryside is packed with people, traffic a lot. I'd have to drive to some abandoned villages on dirt roads to have such empty experience.
Looks like tomtom navigation with the bar on the right side. Something I genuinely miss in Tesla. But, build in navigation is easier than using the phone though. Looks like a great car, thanks for testing Bjørn!
yes it is tomtom. I have it on an e c4..... you get it when you buy a citroen, but it is limited to 3 years, after that it can be paid on an annual basis...
This was an amazingly relevant test. The air resistance coefficients reported for these cars suck for some reason, but that was a very, VERY, low kWh/100km consumption in practise. What is your experience on the motorway? Does the battery start draining like crazy if you take a 120km/h road? -Greetings from Finland btw, nice channel
I never bother to turn the HVAC off and can achieve 13-14kWh/100km in my 22 e-C4 on German country roads. So 270kms are easily possible with a 100kmh speed limit...but as in Norway, there is always somebody slower than you, because most drivers don't dare to pass a lorry or tractor on a single lane road and you are stuck in a queue behind a milk tanker.
I'm not even sure turning off HVAC makes that much of a difference in these conditions. The outside air is cool enough so the car only needs to let air in without cooling it to achieve desired temperature, if you're catching enough sunlight. Energy used on heating will be minimal thanks to the sunlight.
@@bjornnyland Not if conditions are at the point where the system basically only needs to run the fans anyway to pull in outside air without having to do all that much to it before letting it into the cabin.
Looks like they updated their software. When I rented the cx40 3 years ago, they had zero ev information for the driver. It was horrible 😅 update after watching more. Nope same shit. The only thing they updated is to show the %. Before even that wasn't visible when you went deep
Absolutely awesome range! Well optimised drivetrain, super efficient, but also comfy and pratical
Love French cars, wish they were here in America
Seems like Stellantis managed to improve the whole drivetrain, and is working more than usual... they don't have any choice. They have to.
Very good result, many cars have a perfect result in this test even a cheap MG4 wow
An EV with only 1600 kg weight? Comfy? Small battery? Smooth 10 s 0-100. Great!
Model 3 SR+ 2021 55 kWh NMC weighs 1600 w/o driver
10 seconds to 60mph is pretty slow even by ICE standards let alone EV standards

Norway and good roads in one sentence? Only with NOT between.
The real Tesla beater is...le Citroen
the e c4x looks quite nice
From when is the updated version?
Serialnumber?
Manufacture date?

Nice review and love your presentation Bjorn. I've just ordered a new E-C4X and looking forward to driving my first electric car. Subbed you.

They really need to start getting in this battery/motor/invertor in the other Stelantis cars now e.g. eBerlingo etc.
I have the eBerlingo and seeing this consumtion on a citroen car drives me crazy
It's coming soon.
@@upiferico lmao sur but berlingo cannot be as aerodynamic nor as light... Still it will benefit a lot from the improved drivetrain
It has the narrowest tyres of any car on your list is this a factor helping its range ?
Not much.
Better is what?
It’s 2023 Björn, not 2022.

HVAC usually pulls about 300-500 W. Of course it helps.
@@bjornnyland Not if conditions are at the point where the system basically only needs to run the fans anyway to pull in outside air without having to do all that much to it before letting it into the cabin.
0 W is better than 300-500 W...
@@bjornnyland And what I'm saying, is that I have doubts whether the difference is that big, under those driving conditions.
500 W / 70 km/h = 7 Wh/km
It does make a difference.
Corsa-e with the new drivetrain should be good.
❤❤❤
Way futher but you were not going fast at all. So not really a real range test??
I was following speed limits...
OMFG!!!! Put them TINY F'n tires on the Tesla and guess what will happen!
Good range but i still prefer my old kona

I wish Renault would be better in Renault 5, because it wiil have %20 less battery than Zoe. It will be ok if it catchs Zoe50.

Better than Tesla? No
Comfort and inside noise yes.But ev car category Tesla is the best. Its everyone own choice do you choises. At car category Tesla is not best car
