Find your local Theatre, do as much Am Dram / Semi Pro work as humanly possible. When you land a decent role, invite agents, reviewers, local film makers and casting agents, to come and see you perform. Perhaps send them a couple of free tickets.

Hiya, just seen your video, very good, my son is on Mandy, not many jobs there for 10 y old child, he is with sparks films at south croydon,at the moment, he does not have a head shot nor a showreel, so is very tricky as i am not really into this field but my son loves acting

When it comes to getting gigs, you have to keep putting yourself out there on multiple channels, daily.
Consistency is key and persistence is necessary.
