The Halloween episode was my favorite too. Jack O’Lantern was at the same time the best and yet the most vile villain in the entire show. Out of all the wrong hands Grim’s scythe fell into Jack’s was the worst! What he did was completely evil. Yet all the action, humor, and everything they put into the Halloween special. I could watch it over and over again!
I honestly find Jack to be a sympathetic villain. Before he became the pumpkin-headed trickster we know him as in the special, he was just a practical joker who just didn't know when to stop. He meant well, but he took it too far. And for that, the villagers just sentence him to death.
I agree with you, Mandy didn't get the focus she deserved, I think she could have been better, and she has a good concept and everything set up for her, like there were plenty of doors that were open for her on things, but nobody went through them. She had so much interesting things about her what she could have been as a character, so much potential could have been made for her, but sadly at the end, her character wasn't pulled off well, and that's the biggest flaw to her character. Hopefully that will change whenever some new project of the show gets made like on HBO Max for something.

I tried to find 2 episode, in one scene where Mandy and Billy is at the hallway and Mandy has a green chicken head and laid chocolate gilled egg which hit Irwin to the wall. Another is where they went to inside a volcano filled with giant chickens. Edit: Nvm, the 2nd one.

My favorite part of the second episode featuring Jeff is that the fact that instead of making steam come out of his eyes he just says "Toot" the person voicing Jeff must have had a heyday with this episode. CN probably told him "We want you to do exactly what the voice for grim does no matter what" and he probably thought "Okay you're the boss." And when he did that someone probably was gonna step in and say "Oh no no no. That's for our sounds department to do." But then someone probably said "Wait this can work. Let's just roll with it. This show is full of crazy things so why not just leave that in" XD

Dude, my personal favorite will always be Fear and Loathing in Endsville. It's half an hour of the absolute best characters of the show: Dracula and Grim. Also, Wish Bones is another great one due to how wacky it gets.

This show is a miracle because I should naturally hate it because it has two major things I can't stand. One: the gross out humor but they managed to make it pretty funny. Two: it was incredibly mean-spirited and hateful. The main premise is about two kids keeping someone as their slave. One of them is extremely stupid and the other is a demon child. But I still love the show because they rarely go too far with Billy stupidity or Mandy's cruelty and it had very clever humor(when it wasn't grossout humor, that is XD).

For me, Little Rock of Horrors is my favorite episode. Gotta love Voltaire's singing voice.
