The Ultimate DIY Donut Board - Making A Donut Wall | Wedding Display

My wife has a friend who is getting married soon and asked that I make her a donut board. Frankly, I had no idea what that meant or was, but did some research to find that it's a display board that donuts are hung on. The board has pegs that hang the donuts up in a way that uniquely serves the person eating. I worked my way through the concept, design, and build. Watch the full video to see how I did it!

Nice project Nick! I like the simplicity of the board and stand and really dig the dark on dark color. I think if I took this on I'd round the dowel ends a smidge more for safety of the donut consumers. Just curious, do you know what size the donuts will be? Hard to judge size of things through video sometimes but it seems like donuts would fit on one of the dowels fine, but might overlap on dowels next to each other. Either way, looks great!

I honestly have no idea. I’ve never heard of it until this. It’s just a new hip thing I guess for weddings. Yes, actual donuts.

Yes it’s an actual thing people do it for weddings, baby showers you name it. It just adds a decorating touch
