You are right Gowtham, that's mainly because they have positioned this as a premium Villa Community. There is no other planned premium villa community nearby. So for people who want to invest in a premium villa, they are the only option.
@@HomeReviewz there are shoba Developers and casa Grande near by. Which are far more cheaper and in far more good location. They are just located 5min from radiance.
