Kitchen light is dim if you are not opting corner units with kitchen in the corner. Guest bedroom / second bedroom is too small in size , can’t fit a queen size bed properly . And it’s just one balcony they are providing

Hi Ranji, you are right, while the homes are spacious, the plan does seem to place all the blocks next to each other. We believe this could have been done to maximise the open space in the project. They have claimed that there is 80% open space, that is huge if true and well worth it.

Please suggest a good plot to invest in North Bangalore? Also do se need to pay maintenance fee for plot also ?

Hi Prateek, with the Bengaluru Metro work speeding up towards the Airport we suggest looking to invest in places like Yelahanka, Hosahalli, Chikkagubbi etc. There are many good plot projects here Prateek, you will need to select based on your budget.
