I never would've figured out that I was suppose to use super attacks on him. I was waiting for him to get weak like in the regular fight to attack him.
He only has 3 or so different attacks, so learn em. Unlike the regular Super Shredder fight you dont need to be on the defense all the time, anytime hes open you should wail on him, unless he has his aura up in which case stay away from him. Anytime hes standing in neutral wail on him, though as he might shoot ghosts. Oh and when you get the pattern of his charging attack down you can go into the corner he wont hit and taunt, though tht is liekly the onyl time in the fight you should taunt. Or if you taunt right after he puts up his aura

I bought the DLC, and I have the characters. How do I play the new story missions?

With the dlc beat the five zones of survival then the new super shredder. If you return home or get a game over after woulds this ending plays

My advice, everytime he is about to shoot ghosts of the other bosses at you, hit him with a jump attack.
Only use jump in attacks patiently

Learn your enemy's next move have a team also use shredders special and youse special ability

How do you get back to this boss fight? Got to it once now I can't again, do you just gotta do each level once all over again in survival?
Yeah you just need to beat each zone once and you'll face him. Irrc he always comes after Dark Tommorow
You can skip phases, by jumping directly to challenge 5. By doing this, it will require only 1 phase to beat to fight him.
