  • Aged rums, followed by creamy pineapple-coconut and scant orange. Rum forward libation. Comes in at 24% ABV.

    1 El Dorado 15YO (Guyana 80 proof)
    1½ Smith & Cross (Jamaica 114 proof)
    ¼ Hamilton 151 (Guyana 151 proof)
    1½ pineapple juice (Dole can 100% NFC)
    ¾ orange juice (fresh)
    1 Coco Lopez (Dominican Republic)
    Whip, all crushed ice filled bamboo glass, fresh grated nutmeg ATOP, ½ orange wheel, mint sprig, long straw

    I saw that little extra dollop of 151. That's where the good times come from.

      There's flavor in the 151, but it is mainly used to bump the ABV.

      OK, I have a Dark 'n Stormy libation that should do the trick... Light on the palate, but rum loaded, and should not fill you up for dinner!
