Lol I was thinking "Huntsman" not "Harvestman".
We call those Daddy Longlegs and they are super common. We have several species, if their size and shape is anything to go by.

Dan Hiteshew See, it's quite funny how the names get jumbled up from region to region within the UK & the states, I've always known these as daddy long legs also but there are 3 creatures known by that name, these guys, craneflies and cellar spiders, most Americans I meet think of the cellar spider as the daddy long legs and try to correct me, haha.

Vestyxe I saw Mythbusters do a thing on "Daddy longlegs" and I was surprised to see them using cellar spiders. Apparently, I'm the odd one out when it comes to my Daddy Longlegs. Lol
we call the Crane fly a "mosquito hawk".

Dan Hiteshew I recall that episode too, nowadays to avoid confusion I try to use the actual or scientific names instead of the cultural/regional ones to avoid confusion or getting my head bit off by someone who loves to correct people, lol.
You're cool with me, call them daddy long legs all you want, I get you.
Now that's a way cooler name than they deserve, annoying little guys always end up on the menu for whatever I'm keeping when they fly in at night and think it's cool to keep bumping in to me or flying past my ears.

Most people think they have 8 legs, but it's only 6, with two feelers.

Dan Hiteshew Yup, yup, you can see them in use throughout the video with the way it tests the ground, tapping like a blind man with a cane.
