I feel like this is just a overarching thing thats solved by improvements over time. Its something that everyone knows should be done but just takes time. Bugs are inevitable and can be phased out, quests being more fun and interesting can boost replayability(although only to a point) and having more goals can be added in the form on gamemodes, more objectives, more content. I think we need more replayable content, which everyone knows, since another milestone to reach will also become redundant once done once. Replayable content and better quests can and are already being developed, and not something that is being ignored/easily done,

i would disagree mainly in large part in that the problem with wynncraft quests isn't that they lock things out i think they should do that more is the thing. the problem with so many wynncraft quests is that early game leveling is pretty damn fast, even if you just do some quests and some dungeons some secret discoveries and maybe a bit of grinding a few times youll get by without needing to a do a lot of the quests if you just take advantage of all of the ways to get xp. and the problem is why do quests when they are slower to get xp than grinding or doing dungeon? sometimes this gets more or less of a problem later in the game but for most of it quests are kind of inefficient to get xp from. the reason i find that people aren't doing quests isnt because they're scared its just because they're slow. and i mean who can blame them. the problem is kind of inevitable with a large amount of quests and they can't give too much experience or that would get out of hand. what i think actually is better is one thing that can fix majority of wynncraft quests.
add choices to the quests. make there be some moral quest or any other kind of choice in the quest and have those choices have actual consequences on either the rest of said quest or other quests that have to do with it. this adds replayability to the quests to see the different outcomes and to see what paths your choices will divulge into. this also adds a much better roleplaying element to the game.
this really just makes quests more interesting to the players and keeps them engages to the story of the quest. there are some quests that have multiple endings but none of them i feel really hit on what can make choices in a game feel interesting. they're all just pick one of two options really like with an iron heart part 2 it doesn't really provide that much choice in the matter and i have other problems with the quest anyways but i feel like this choice and would really make a lot of quests better. they cant do it to all of them though of course but it would definitely bring players back to do some lower leveled quests.

Wynncraft is quest-first. Questing is the largest part of the server, and is what we are built and focused around.

I think the Best solution would be to the bug problem to have the ability to restart quests. Also, I think the main goal should be to defeat Bak'al

I agree with the first one. However in one of the silent expanse secrets, we learn that Bak'al is only just a servant for a higher being. (presumably the dern beast.) So I think the end goal should be defeating that.

That's a good idea, the quests not all are great
