Listen its ok. The structure is fine, the interior however is BAD. The furnishings arent impressive at all, plus the "pool" thing is definitely not ever used, its so shallow and small its pointless. A jacuzzi system would be a far better choice. Now the neighborhood is what ruins the whole thing. You either had to have a bigger plot of land with trees surrounding or be farther away from the city.
It's really neat to see how some architects solve certain problems particular to a geographical location. Crete is close to the African coast, so it must get very hot during the summertime and when those winds from Africa travel north to the European continent. There's such a thing as too much sun and too much wind.
Such a beautiful house, I will kinda copy this for my country house. I think i’ll have this with more glass and open windows, this is so dark and gloomy inside tho 🤔

That's a tiny Greek mansion. 4,950 SQ feet? That's half of a tacky U.S. mc mansion there. And yes, this Greek one is tacky-looking as well, but with more modern *tack* leaving out the mandatory12 dormers of the U.S. mc mansion.
@@MiltonGeorges you can find land in greece. that's not an issue here. probably the owner had this land and owns the apartment building it is connected to. he should have gone one step further and put this little gem on a hill or somewhere special. it deserves it. it's like a work of art. you must present it correctly.

The house is located in a very sunny location, so it kinda makes sense. The darker it is the cooler its gonna be (assuming he has some insulation)
