    About the sleeps issues at 33 minutes, I`ve notice that I`m more awake at night after 2-3 weeks with no carbs (mines are under 17 gr daily, I went from 87 to 80 Kg with stronglift 5x5 for 4 months up to 130 kg on squat) and started to take valerian root and tryptophan and the sleep thing went under control, allowing me to rest the 7 hours I can sleep in order to get to the gym and do the thing... My wonder is, what if being awake is normal... and was just that what saved our ancestors...? Being alert for the whole day is very keto, well, what if that is the normal state for humans...? Of course we can`t live anymore like that but I think that questions like this would lead to new answers and panoramas... All this is very new and I see that no-one has a complete answer... One need to hear to doctors, chemists, historians, anthropologists, nutritionist, bodybuilders, phat old mamas and shamans to get a mere idea :D

    Training once Monday having 215 grams of fat with 175 grams of protein. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday I’ll be training twice once weightlifting and once kickboxing on these days protein is upped by 32 grams. Saturday I eat at maintenance (3000 cals) and Sunday I OMAD with carbs. I weigh 235 lbs 23.5% body fat attempting and succeeding (hopefully) with gaintaining muscle and stripping fat - Aim to lose 30-35 pounds of fat whilst all going well gaining 5-10 pounds of muscle 💪

    Im on keto longterm. Recently decided to carbload on 0,5kg of sweet potatoes along with eggs and fatty meat. I woke up with tremendous 'hangover' my head wanted to explode all over the room. I wonder if its due carbs. Also i workout 4 days a week so higher amounts of carbs on keto shouldnt kill me. Lmao

    hi...just a quick question? If you have noticed that you get that "lazy" feeling after you introduce carbs into your diet after you have been on a ketogenic diet for awhile doesn´t that mean that you are still not metabolicaly flexible as you would want? thanx...could you please answer on my instagram account...ronin626 or facebook account Saša Habuzin.

    Any good diet plan is supposed to be healthy and convenient so people can follow it long term. That's why keto sucks, and why the Agoge diet is great. I got rid of my cellulite finally.
