I wouldn't use that nne. Use oats instead. I have a video of how to use it coming up soon.

Would you mind posting a few vegetarian soup recipes?

MremboOne awww, I'm not qualified to show you vegetarian soups because I know next to nothing about the alternatives to use. I'm sure you know more than I about the alternatives to use. For every Nigerian soup recipe, just replace the fish and meat with what you normally use in place of those. Also, visit Airin Oluwa's channel, she uploads vegetarian dishes including Nigerian dishes.

MremboOne You can substitute the meat with lots of mushroom when making egusi soup. You can also use vegetarian meat and/or soy chunks. There is really no substitute that i know of for crayfish and/or dry fish

No Ikenna, use Quaker oats. Watch the following video to see how I use Quaker Oats as alternative to cocoyam: ua-cam.com/video/Tw1ZjDFJfAM/v-deo.html

You can use oatmeal. Grind it into powder with a spice grinder, mix with hot water and use.
