I got the same solar panels, 2 200watt on my truck camper. What's funny is my first ones were broken too. I've had them now through 3 countries (Mexico, US, and Canada) and never an issue (knock on wood). Hope you have the same luck 👍
was there a reason you put the load bearing weight completely on the elbow attachments instead of placing the posts underneath the crossbars rather than along side?
Pretty sure I copied the original engineering from the roof rack maker. Also there is an awning attachment that had to be accommodated on the vertical posts, perhaps that is reason for original design…?

I believe it’s the same. So 10 series is one inch, and 15 series is 1.5 inch.
