When I first heard of the new level being called "the void", I kinda imagined it would look like that one super secret room with mom's hand and a lot of pickups.

Terminus: The End.
This does not only make sense about the destiny of the game (Afterbirth+ is the last dlc thing) but also in-universe, as Isaac's chest world is starting to decay, and he can't control it anymore, resulting also in Delirium, a mental state that drives the host insane, or in this case, an enemy that changes form and almost never reveals it's true one, driving Isaac (and the player) insane.

The music gave me chills when I got to The Void for the first time, and it's still one of the best tracks in the game. It was a great idea to take parts of other tracks (like Genesis 22:10, Diptera Sonata and Fundamentum) and make them into an epic metal medley.

Ridiculon is great at making boss themes and final level music. Just listen to his Meat Boy soundtracks for Chapter 6.
In your opinion it is. I think they are both enjoyable, and maybe Danny's is a little catchier, but I think "Meat Continuum" by Ridiculon is a much bigger improvement over "End Harder".
Funny cause alot of people don't know that Ridiculon remade the Super Meat Boy soundtrack for the PS4, i prefer their version as it fits better and also makes it intense. Danny's version just gets old his songs are short so it repeats very often so you start to get sick of it. I prefer Ridiculon though cause they pretty much turned Rapture into an intense chapter with their music which fits perfectly as it was always a pain to beat. I also like Scattles part in it aswell, but i prefer Danny's Hospital and Salt Factory themes better as it just fit the atmosphere better for me.

Megumin No need to be rude because i prefer Ridiculons music instead of Danny's, i consider Danny's music repetitive and i moved on from it but if you prefer his music i don't mind at all. Just don't feel you should be rude to me because i prefer a certain musician to another.

I like the idea of the Void, but I don't like how it can appear anywhere from Depths 2 to Chest/Dark Room if it's meant to be a final "compilation level". Considering that they added a victory lap feature to Dark Room, it would make much more sense for the Void to open after you clear both Dark Room and Chest

What? I thought that I can only get there through Hush... and tbh going for Hush is probably still better idea than for anything else, as it is guaranteed... though after Dark Room/Chest you get a lot of items so I dunno, maybe if I get key for Mega Satan I would attempt it that way.
Wow I did not know that the void has a probability of leaving after It Lives, I left and I thought it was a Bug so ignore it ... Too bad I did not know that ... I would have entered the void.
I accidentally entered the Void after Mom with some pretty poor stats for Void endgame but an enormous amount of health. 4 hearts and 6 soul hearts, plus an eternal heart attached, AND guppy's paw. i STILL lost to delirium, but I had ankh. went and fought some other bosses, got the last guppy item needed for transformation, took a bunch of "one makes you small" pills for a meme and then fought delirium again with only 3 soul hearts.
I won with half a soul heart left. Guppy one true OP love forever
Would have been a perfect time to add Sacrificial and some older themes in as well, this is the end, the final fight against the inevitable. Older themes would have made sense with the idea of the memories too.
Good point but damn, we need someone on UA-cam or SoundCloud or whatever to create a void theme using only the old songs and then perhaps a mixture of both.
We need a bunch of those types of remixes and a mod that adds them, and changes the art style of BOI Afterbirth to the old kind of graphics.

For example a familiar with the look of "It Lives" with a wig named "It Existed" and has a chance to shoot the four way rotating brimstone laser if hit. Like an immortal baby but deader and fleshier
Also need any ideas for specific types of things? Whether it's for the miscarriage mod thing or another mod at all?
My thought process for new Isaac ideas is to say there is no moral limit, no need to care about what others will think of it in terms of "going too far" and to think about what most of the community would expect and flip it on its head, into a meat grinder and into a play-doh factory.
How to improve the Void
1) Make the Void only appear after killing Hush (and maybe Mega Satan)
2) Make either the Void or Blue Womb harder to unlock (I don't like how it's possible to beat the Void without ever needing to go to the Chest or Dark Room)
3) Give the starting room its own design.
4) Add either a fading effect around the edge of every room, or "cracks" made out of static on the floors and walls.
5) Make portals exclusive to the Void. *(this one is official now let's go)*
6) Give every enemy that spawns in the Void a Delirious texture.
7) Tweak the rooms a bit to make them more challenging. (The portals could be useful for this)
Or make it like that secret room with a fuck ton of pickups and moms hand but with a black floor so it looks like a void

Maybe make the portals in the Void spawn infinite mobs? They were complete bullshit on standard floors but chances are if you're in the void you've got a build that can at least take a reasonable crack at Delirium so you'd have no problem with portals.

Probably the message that leaves this music is about:
1: First theme is ReGenesis, implying that it all started with an idea of isaac to battle with its own inner demons
2: Second theme is Burning Basement / Fundamentum, implying also that one of the most important moments at the beginning of the adventure falls on this level
3: Third theme is Cerebrum Dispersio, implying in this point that, this is the whole game, everything starts with a piece of paper, it develops in several ¨Dungeons¨ and finally meet a boss fight to defeat
4: Actually this is ReGenesis, only at the end of the tune, implying that the game will soon reach its end that will soon begin again.
Terminus is a reference to the whole game and in its mechanics and purpose, to start a run, to complete it until the end and to begin again, although probably the end of the subject also gives to understand that in spite of all the effort of Isaac, everything finishes in a sure death.

Ridiculon is awesome, but Danny is just a little nostalgic. Also, Danny's soundtrack in the original Binding Of Isaac was catchy, while Ridiculon's soundtrack focused more on ambient.

Ignoring all the kerfuffle about the quality of the DLC itself - especially in comparison with a certain mod - You know what would've been cool? If The Void used remixes of vanilla Binding of Isaac tracks. In particular, it would've been awesome if Delirium used My Innermost Apocalypse.

Vanilla isaac music isn't good for afterbirth, doesn´t even fit on his own game, less will do on the void. And using My innermost apocalypse on delirium sounds soooo cheap and low quality.

The Void has the enemies of every area in the game, and fake boss doors to hide the true boss, Delirium. The more fake boss doors you enter, the harder he'll be. This is utter chaos, but there's no going back now.
Yeah, i got lucky and had him on the first door and he only had like 5 bosses to transform into, and they were all easy.
only annoying thing is gurdy junior and when delirium transforms into his "true" form and making bullet hell.

I'll admit, I'm not too crazy about the themes of either The Void or Delirium. They're a bit too bombastic for my tastes and I just don't feel like they fit. I would much prefer if the themes were darker, more morbid, something that screams "hopeless fight against the inevitable", something that would fit the scenario of Isaac finally losing the fight for his sanity, of him finally giving in and succumbing to the void.
The problem is that the void and delirium aren't hopeless fights, if you actually get to the void you're so damn buffed up that there is no real challenge left.
But, to me, the themes just don't fit thematically. They don't fit what The Void and Delirium symbolize.
I think I can agree with you on Terminus, but I thought the theme for Delirium was pretty damn fitting, considering that it's a chaotic fight that symbolizes Isaac's descent into insanity, so naturally a fast, chaotic theme for such a scenario fits perfectly.
