One little err in there: Isaac's soul IS trapped in the chest, haven't you seen one of the cutscenes before Blue Womb? It's The Lost whispering to Mom! BTW, It's not the end of Isaac's imaginary story, we have the Mega Satan ending cuscene, wich is unexplained, we have the Greed Ending, in wich Keeper awakes from the crumbling that trapped Isaac, and what about Hush, Missing Page 2 and the additional chapters?
Nah, I got all the cutscenes. In the Mega Satan ending, it's quite obvious he loses his sanity, having a possibility to make him suicidal. Leading to the Hush ending, where Isaac has suffocated himself in the chest. The Lost whispering to Mom is what causes her to find out Isaac's dead. And it would've been a while since it takes a long time for a body to decompose. So the Lost's whispering probably got Mom's attention after a couple of years.

Boss Idea: Ultra Gluttony Ultra Gluttony's arena is a little bigger than Ultra Greed's. Ultra Gluttony Is so fat they are left immobile in the middle of the room. Attacks: Ultra gluttony fires tears in all directions, which then detonate into random lasers. Ultra Gluttony can Fire a mega laser at one of the walls of the arena, letting 3-4 gluttony's or 3-2 super gluttony's out and into the arena. When there health is at 50%, Ultra gluttony can actually get up and move a little bit. with each step they take leaving a small earthquake. When they plop themselves down onto the ground again, they cause an earthquake that allows for random items to fall from the ceiling. (Soul hearts, cards, etc.) Ultra gluttony can fire multiple tiny lasers out of there stomach in any direction. If you can get there health down to 15%, this is when the fight starts to heat up. All attacks that damage you heal Ultra Gluttony, and all stats of mega gluttony (except health) are now x2. Base stats: Health: 4,000 [] Damage: 1/2 heart [] Speed: Shit [] Defense: 75
Similar to greed mode but the rooms are tougher from the off, but all the consumables and items are free (Don't restock though), however the more you take, the tougher the enemy waves get.
Lust Mode: You cannot gain red heart containers, and yet red hearts have a 90% chance of spawning each room cleared. Sloth Mode: High damage, low speed, low tear rate Pride Mode: Everything anti-gravitates to you (everything is pushed away) Wrath Mode: 5 Troll Bombs spawn each room. Envy Mode: Everything gravitates toward you (including enemies) Gluttony Mode: The only items are Breakfast, Stapler, and The Sad Onion.
Pride mode: You start with Rainbow Buddy, 3 dollar bill, and Rainbow worm, every other item you get randomizes stats instead of increasing the amount it says. Yeah just basically pray for luck.
*Idea* *Ultra Envy:* Unlike all of the other Envy variations, his eyes are actually open, but the only things in his eyes are flames. Boss room is large, like Hush's. Ultra Envy floats around the top during the battle, sorta like The Haunt. *Attacks:* *-If his left eye flashes:* Sends a random bullet hell. *-If his right eye flashes:* Shoots a randomly generated pattern of Brimstone beams. Some can be directly from his eye, others come from Brimstone orbs, as if he had the anti-gravity tears. *-If both eyes flash:* Either spawns 4-5 Envies or 3-4 Super Envies. On top of this, every time his health decreases a third of his maximum health, a large, permanent, unkillable Envy begins floating and bouncing off walls, sorta like Peep's eyes. What do you guys think?
Cham how about a challenge fight which is unlocked with the keeper; after beating ultra greed, a new floor after ultra greed floor would appear. In it, isaac starts in a room with a boss fight door which leads into a 10x10 boss room with all of the ultra sins in it (smallest is ultra pride and biggest is ultra wrath)
super eliminating sin: a combination of all sins(has tripple-shot like greed,brimstone like glutony,flight like envy,splits into 3 smaller versions upon like super envy,is able to dash towards you like lust,is immunity to bombs and attack like pride(unlike pride,S.E.S wont be immun to dr. fetus),possibility to throw bombs like wrath,possibility to produce creep like ultra pride and to spawn a few small minions and shoot ipecac like sloth).S.E.S can randomly spawn 6 to 8 normal sins or 2 to 3 super sins at a time,and when you have killed 2 of the 3 smaller versions of her,she will hide in the background like mega satan and spawn a random ultra-sin(excluding ultra pride,because he is weak).when the ultra-sin is defeated,she summons 2 ethernal flys and activates a whore of babylon-effect to get stronger and have a little bit more protection like the blue baby.after she is defeated completely,a golden chest drops with....dont know inside xD maybe a sin like lust as playable character,or a sin-item....or a ending(even tho i wouldnt know which kind of ending would fit for something like that) battlestage:like the hush-one. the mode: dont know.maybe a little bit of how every sin-mode would look like together
I don't know if this happens to anyone else, but that/those awesome improved version(s) of what the chorus sings on the title screen (it first plays at 0:00, and possibly also the version of it that first plays at 0:57) cause me to imagine Isaac and all of the other characters all fighting together as a team (yes, I know that the game has a Co-op mode that does NOT allow two characters at once, and NOT a multiplayer mode) for one last final stand.
NEW BOSS IDEA: Ultra Wrath Phase 1: 3000 HP Attacks: Walks around leaving a trail of rock spikes behind him. Chases after the player while randomly shooting out bombs that explode into 4 mini bombs that also chase the player. Goes to the middle of the arena and starts spewing out grey tears everywhere (similar to hush's bullet hell). Phase 2: 2500 HP Ultra Wrath goes red and starts steaming. He will chase after the player even faster and will attack faster. He will jump up in the air and the floor will go red except for one safe spot. Then it will start exploding unless you are in the safe zone. He will do another bullet hell but will move towards you while also pulling you towards him. He will fire clusters of ipecac shots at the player. Upon death he will freeze and his body will start to break apart. After the screen goes white he will appear in a pile of ash. Damage: 1 heart

Each shot you give him makes him angrier, once he is full he shoots 8 ipecac shots that leave pools the size of lemon party. Ultra sloth has a chance of spawning either pin scolex or the frail the he spawns depends on your luck stat, if its high he spawns pin, medium frail low scolex. Ultra sloth can spawn super or normal sloth which is also based on the luck stat. Each of ultra sloth' shots can spawn hearts based on the luck stat. He is slow, but if he gets close he shoots a pool which reaches the entire room from one point to another. He spawn with a ragman helper and he as a orbital.

hmmm... everyone is making boss ideas for ultra deadly sin bosses, so i'll come up with my own idea!!! ultra lust: apearance: a horrofying pink humanoid monster with large arms and claws and stuff. she also has a large gaping mouth with alot of teeth. she has alot of virus things...(I dont know the actual translations) on her face. her eyes are barely visible. also, blood and stuff. attacks: her basic attack is swiping infront of her. when she walks, her footsteps will be bloody, leaving behind red creep, but it goes away within 10 seconds. she can also stomp on you and smash the ground. althouch she mostly has physical attacks, she can also spew out a bullet hel of blood in front of her. after you deal enoch damage, she can ramdomly turn into regular lust, but without the virus thingies, so she would just be a pink isaac. in this form, she attracts the player, and when she turns back, you have a small amount of time to escape, until she swipes infront of her and spews out blood, leaving behind creep around the edge of the room. if you are playing a female character, like eve, you will instead walk away from ultra lust, making so if you dont run away from the walls fast enocuh, you will be hit with the blood. arena: just a empty room, but in every corner there is very large rock. oh yeah, when she is low hp she can use these rocks to smash you. there are also doors everywhere, like in the ultra green battle, these can have 3 effects. they either spit out some pink gas, atracting isaac to ultra lust. another effect is shooting out a single large blood projectile. if this hits ultra lust, she becomes soaked in blood, and she weill leave behind more creep. the last effect is spawning a single female boss or miniboss form every door. so normal lust, super lust, sisters vis, widow, and a few more, can jojn the party. if the pink gas hits isaac while any of these bosses are out, he can also be atracted to them. good idea? bad idea? nobody will probably read this, but I wrote it anyway

This is pretty late but I'm currently working on a mod featuring an alt. path similar to anitbirth where the final boss would be Ultra Wrath. Max hp: 2500 first phase 2500 second phase The level name isn't fully decided on but I'm considering something like "The Mind" or "The Cursed" idk. Anyways, the fight would begin with a reskinned Wrath that could have similar attacks to Blue Baby. After defeat, loud footsteps are heard and the screen begins to shake. Ultra Wrath destroys the ground after leaping to the player and the fight begins. His basic attacks involve throwing multiple flaming, troll, or regular bombs at the player. He can also stomp in the ground to summon explosive minions like mullibooms and fire small bursts of tears. Ultra Wrath is able to sprint towards the player and cause earthqaukes with his fists too. Finally, Ultra Wrath can call in an air strike where Epic Fetus patterns are left on the floor indicating where the bombs land. After 50% of his health is lost, Ultra Wrath destroys his helmet revealing his face. He gains a great increase in speed and potency of attack moves. Ultra Wrath gains an additional brimstone attack and an Ipecac burst that leaves green creep. He can also leave sticky grenades in front of the doors that if not destroyed, open to many enemies and cursed bombs to attack you. After defeat, Ultar Wrath swells and puffs until he explodes ending the fight. The cutscene plays where Isaac is arguing and fighting with his parents as they are about to divorce. When jumping very high the tnt are yellow and light brown and explode with more range, but appear a little less. He is treading like ultra greed, firing bombs everywhere, and invokes 2 wrath. do you like the idea?

Appearance: Ultra Wrath has an enormous gray muscular body with various needles sticked to his arms and popped veins on it's arms and legs. It's head is gray and skull like with a large mouth with sharp teeth an two eyeless eyeholes. In the top of his head there is a large horrifying mouth. Attacks: -Shoot tones of black tears on all directions on various patterns. -Stomp on the ground causing quakes and creating rock spikes on the ground. -Stomp strongly the ground and making large rocks fall from the ceiling. -Runing around the room leaving behind bombs. -Charge violently at Isaacs direction till it hits a wall. When He hit's a wall He will create rock spikes on random directions and more rocks will fall from the ceiling. - Command various air strikes on random places of the room. -Spawns an enormous bomb and throws it. The bomb explodes on a large mushroom cloud. -Spawns all kinds of fly enemies in large numbers

My idea for new ultra : ultra wrath He is in a large room and he has a couple attacks 1 : he destroys all obstacles in the room and replaces them with a random maze. The maze pattern lasts for 30 seconds 2 : he summons ultra troll bombs (ultra troll bombs are homing like super trolls and spit into 4 super trolls when they explode) in random places around the room 3 : throws triple bombs in all directions 4 : drops 8 bombs from the ceiling. Each bomb either gives the player a debuff or wrath a buff. These bombs can be destroyed like ultra greeds coins. 5 : summons 30 mullibooms.

I heard that the amount of time it takes for you to beat the regular boss room before ultra greed's room depends his HP Some would argue that his HP is determined the same as hush So which is it? time to beat the room before him, or same as hush?
+Samuel Aldridge ultra greed and hush adjust their damage resistance to how much you are going at a time. back off for a little and attack again, you do more damage that way.
Ultra wrath idea : Slighty bigger arena that Ultra Greed's with plenty of rock barriers. Attacks: Ultra Wrath lobs massive creep bombs over barriers, each bomb having a different effect. Some leave a mess of fire, some fire tear bursts, some create a poison cloud. He will also attempt to ram you through barriers, breaking them. Occasionally, Ultra Wrath throws a bomb at one wall and it detonates, sending out swarms of wraths. At 50% and below, at times, he will occasionally throw down a single bomb which must be disarmed by shooting targets that appear before it explodes, resulting in unavoidable damage. At 15% HP, he throws more bombs which now spit out cluster bombs with the same effects and he becomes immune to his own attacks. (Will determine base stats later)
Results: ultra greed win , cain lose. Items: luck foot, mullagan, thunder thighs, ddll, bekfast, dead tooth, placenta, halo, safety pin, blood clot, large zit, mini mush, jesus juice, box, yum heart. (How the fuck did I even make it?) Seed: kskqwrbm Long story short, I died. And I'm pissed, too.

Boss Idea: Ultra Gluttony
Ultra Gluttony's arena is a little bigger than Ultra Greed's.
Ultra Gluttony Is so fat they are left immobile in the middle of the room.
Attacks: Ultra gluttony fires tears in all directions, which then detonate into random lasers.
Ultra Gluttony can Fire a mega laser at one of the walls of the arena, letting 3-4 gluttony's or 3-2 super gluttony's out and into the arena.
When there health is at 50%, Ultra gluttony can actually get up and move a little bit. with each step they take leaving a small earthquake. When they plop themselves down onto the ground again, they cause an earthquake that allows for random items to fall from the ceiling. (Soul hearts, cards, etc.)
Ultra gluttony can fire multiple tiny lasers out of there stomach in any direction.
If you can get there health down to 15%, this is when the fight starts to heat up. All attacks that damage you heal Ultra Gluttony, and all stats of mega gluttony (except health) are now x2.
Base stats: Health: 4,000 [] Damage: 1/2 heart [] Speed: Shit [] Defense: 75

Similar to greed mode but the rooms are tougher from the off, but all the consumables and items are free (Don't restock though), however the more you take, the tougher the enemy waves get.

Envy Mode: Everything gravitates toward you (including enemies)
Gluttony Mode: The only items are Breakfast, Stapler, and The Sad Onion.

Ultra Greed is beefy, but it only makes the fight last longer so you can listen to this amazing piece. Those heart coins he spawns draws it out longer

*Ultra Envy:*
Unlike all of the other Envy variations, his eyes are actually open, but the only things in his eyes are flames.
Boss room is large, like Hush's.
Ultra Envy floats around the top during the battle, sorta like The Haunt.
*Attacks:*
*-If his left eye flashes:* Sends a random bullet hell.
*-If his right eye flashes:* Shoots a randomly generated pattern of Brimstone beams. Some can be directly from his eye, others come from Brimstone orbs, as if he had the anti-gravity tears.
*-If both eyes flash:* Either spawns 4-5 Envies or 3-4 Super Envies.
On top of this, every time his health decreases a third of his maximum health, a large, permanent, unkillable Envy begins floating and bouncing off walls, sorta like Peep's eyes.

Cham how about a challenge fight which is unlocked with the keeper; after beating ultra greed, a new floor after ultra greed floor would appear. In it, isaac starts in a room with a boss fight door which leads into a 10x10 boss room with all of the ultra sins in it (smallest is ultra pride and biggest is ultra wrath)
super eliminating sin: a combination of all sins(has tripple-shot like greed,brimstone like glutony,flight like envy,splits into 3 smaller versions upon like super envy,is able to dash towards you like lust,is immunity to bombs and attack like pride(unlike pride,S.E.S wont be immun to dr. fetus),possibility to throw bombs like wrath,possibility to produce creep like ultra pride and to spawn a few small minions and shoot ipecac like sloth).S.E.S can randomly spawn 6 to 8 normal sins or 2 to 3 super sins at a time,and when you have killed 2 of the 3 smaller versions of her,she will hide in the background like mega satan and spawn a random ultra-sin(excluding ultra pride,because he is weak).when the ultra-sin is defeated,she summons 2 ethernal flys and activates a whore of babylon-effect to get stronger and have a little bit more protection like the blue baby.after she is defeated completely,a golden chest drops with....dont know inside xD maybe a sin like lust as playable character,or a sin-item....or a ending(even tho i wouldnt know which kind of ending would fit for something like that)

I don't know if this happens to anyone else, but that/those awesome improved version(s) of what the chorus sings on the title screen (it first plays at 0:00, and possibly also the version of it that first plays at 0:57) cause me to imagine Isaac and all of the other characters all fighting together as a team (yes, I know that the game has a Co-op mode that does NOT allow two characters at once, and NOT a multiplayer mode) for one last final stand.
Also, those are my favorite parts of this song 😄!

NEW BOSS IDEA:
Ultra Wrath
Phase 1: 3000 HP
Attacks:
Walks around leaving a trail of rock spikes behind him.
Chases after the player while randomly shooting out bombs that explode into 4 mini bombs that also chase the player.
Goes to the middle of the arena and starts spewing out grey tears everywhere (similar to hush's bullet hell).
Phase 2: 2500 HP
Ultra Wrath goes red and starts steaming. He will chase after the player even faster and will attack faster.
He will jump up in the air and the floor will go red except for one safe spot. Then it will start exploding unless you are in the safe zone.
He will do another bullet hell but will move towards you while also pulling you towards him.
He will fire clusters of ipecac shots at the player.
Upon death he will freeze and his body will start to break apart. After the screen goes white he will appear in a pile of ash.
Damage: 1 heart
Phase one: attacks you with stick
Phase two: stick breaks
Phase three: soulless demon
Phase four: the abomination says “kill me”

Boss idea: ultra sloth
Ultra sloth has a 8- sized room because of his powerful attacks
Ultra sloth shoots ipecac shots that leave pools the size of gish' shots.
Each shot you give him makes him angrier, once he is full he shoots 8 ipecac shots that leave pools the size of lemon party.
Ultra sloth has a chance of spawning either pin scolex or the frail the he spawns depends on your luck stat, if its high he spawns pin, medium frail low scolex.
Ultra sloth can spawn super or normal sloth which is also based on the luck stat.
Each of ultra sloth' shots can spawn hearts based on the luck stat.
He is slow, but if he gets close he shoots a pool which reaches the entire room from one point to another.
He spawn with a ragman helper and he as a orbital.

Bob's attacks will all be references to other fictional characters named Bob/Bobby/etc. He'll drop explosive chickens, throw sponges covered in Green Creep at you, he'll try to whack you with a spatula, he'll throw a letter (the only letters he'll throw are G,O,D,A,M,I, or T,), etc

Ultra envy boss
HP:4000
The zone is same than ultra greed one
It will start by him absorbing all your ítems,black and soul hearts(if you are blue baby it will have 3 soul hearts) and it will summon 4 boxes that contain certain objects (2 types of heart and 2 ítems) and you need to pick one and a random envy appareads while ultra envy absorbs the other boxes
Attacks:
Ultra envy will go to the corners for throw Minios like spiders
Ultra envy will go to the center and he will summon alot of troll bombs
Ultra envy will be following you tryning to hit you while he is summoning troll bombs and rarely a envy
Second phase 3000 HP
He will be using the same ítems that you are using example if you got.brimstone he will be throwing brimstone laser
New attacks:
He will summon 2 súper envy when he start the second phase
He summons a grey láser (it leaves troll bombs on the way)
Ultra envy goes to the center and make some weird bullet hell like mega Satán
Ultra envy will be go to the sky and he will summon 3 envys(it happends every 500 HP removed)
Ultra envy will be bigger and it will throw a giant láser
Ultra envy will throw 5 random enemys (1 of thems can be a boss)
Last phase 300 HP
He will remove all your ítems and he removes 2 hearts instead of 1
New attacks:
He summons a envy and when that envy dies it will appareads other one
Summons 2 giant troll bombs

So let's start with phase 1: phase 1 starts with the depressed in the middle of the room and doesn't move

Suicide Note Which The Depressed will throw at a wall and creep will be on that side of the wall
When The Depressed is at 500 HP The Depressed will walk around trying to attack the player.This Starts Phase 2
Attacks: same attacks from phase 1
Where The Depressed walks there will be creep
A blue brimstone laser will come out of the depressed's eyes
Can Spin Around shooting blue tears while he spins
When The Depressed is at 250 HP The Depressed will run back to the middle and hang himself causing phase 3 to start
Attacks:Suicide Note Attack
Can Bring The Player Closer By Huffing cause the depressed is running out of air
Can Spawn Flys and spiders
Can spawn in 4 gaper enemies
Can Shoot A Blue Brimstone Laser Out Of His Eyes
When The Depressed is at 100HP He will die becomeing a ghost and will run away from the player

hmmm... everyone is making boss ideas for ultra deadly sin bosses, so i'll come up with my own idea!!!
ultra lust:
apearance: a horrofying pink humanoid monster with large arms and claws and stuff. she also has a large gaping mouth with alot of teeth. she has alot of virus things...(I dont know the actual translations) on her face. her eyes are barely visible. also, blood and stuff.
attacks: her basic attack is swiping infront of her. when she walks, her footsteps will be bloody, leaving behind red creep, but it goes away within 10 seconds. she can also stomp on you and smash the ground. althouch she mostly has physical attacks, she can also spew out a bullet hel of blood in front of her.
after you deal enoch damage, she can ramdomly turn into regular lust, but without the virus thingies, so she would just be a pink isaac. in this form, she attracts the player, and when she turns back, you have a small amount of time to escape, until she swipes infront of her and spews out blood, leaving behind creep around the edge of the room. if you are playing a female character, like eve, you will instead walk away from ultra lust, making so if you dont run away from the walls fast enocuh, you will be hit with the blood.
arena: just a empty room, but in every corner there is very large rock. oh yeah, when she is low hp she can use these rocks to smash you. there are also doors everywhere, like in the ultra green battle, these can have 3 effects. they either spit out some pink gas, atracting isaac to ultra lust. another effect is shooting out a single large blood projectile. if this hits ultra lust, she becomes soaked in blood, and she weill leave behind more creep. the last effect is spawning a single female boss or miniboss form every door. so normal lust, super lust, sisters vis, widow, and a few more, can jojn the party. if the pink gas hits isaac while any of these bosses are out, he can also be atracted to them.

phase two: summon two monitors that will bounce around the room while he float around the room (and summon one more monitor that will give him a second face to merge the attacks together

This is pretty late but I'm currently working on a mod featuring an alt. path similar to anitbirth where the final boss would be Ultra Wrath.
Max hp: 2500 first phase
2500 second phase
The level name isn't fully decided on but I'm considering something like "The Mind" or "The Cursed" idk.
Anyways, the fight would begin with a reskinned Wrath that could have similar attacks to Blue Baby. After defeat, loud footsteps are heard and the screen begins to shake. Ultra Wrath destroys the ground after leaping to the player and the fight begins. His basic attacks involve throwing multiple flaming, troll, or regular bombs at the player. He can also stomp in the ground to summon explosive minions like mullibooms and fire small bursts of tears. Ultra Wrath is able to sprint towards the player and cause earthqaukes with his fists too. Finally, Ultra Wrath can call in an air strike where Epic Fetus patterns are left on the floor indicating where the bombs land. After 50% of his health is lost, Ultra Wrath destroys his helmet revealing his face. He gains a great increase in speed and potency of attack moves. Ultra Wrath gains an additional brimstone attack and an Ipecac burst that leaves green creep. He can also leave sticky grenades in front of the doors that if not destroyed, open to many enemies and cursed bombs to attack you. After defeat, Ultar Wrath swells and puffs until he explodes ending the fight. The cutscene plays where Isaac is arguing and fighting with his parents as they are about to divorce. Idk if that's what I'll do but I'm working on it. Thanks for reading this if you did and please give some feedback.

Throw you 3 big troll bombs every 10 seconds
It jumps very high, then many random tnt appear, and ultra Wrath falls and explodes one, then explodes all.
It attacks against you leaving a small tnt path.
2 phase:
It becomes faster and when it hits it also launches large troll bombs, minimum 1, and maximum 5.
When jumping very high the tnt are yellow and light brown and explode with more range, but appear a little less.
He is treading like ultra greed, firing bombs everywhere, and invokes 2 wrath.

Boss Idea:
Ultra Wrath
Arena: Ultra Wrath's arena is a clean 4×4 room.
Appearance: Ultra Wrath has an enormous gray muscular body with various needles sticked to his arms and popped veins on it's arms and legs. It's head is gray and skull like with a large mouth with sharp teeth an two eyeless eyeholes. In the top of his head there is a large horrifying mouth.
Attacks:
-Shoot tones of black tears on all directions on various patterns.
-Stomp on the ground causing quakes and creating rock spikes on the ground.
-Stomp strongly the ground and making large rocks fall from the ceiling.
-Runing around the room leaving behind bombs.
-Charge violently at Isaacs direction till it hits a wall. When He hit's a wall He will create rock spikes on random directions and more rocks will fall from the ceiling.
- Command various air strikes on random places of the room.
-Spawns an enormous bomb and throws it. The bomb explodes on a large mushroom cloud.
-Spawns all kinds of fly enemies in large numbers
How much hate if I said this is better than 'My Innermost Apocalypse'?

Spews bombs which leave fire when they explode
Occasionally creates a giant fire pool in a circular area around him
Leaves a short fire trail behind him

My idea for new ultra : ultra wrath
He is in a large room and he has a couple attacks
1 : he destroys all obstacles in the room and replaces them with a random maze. The maze pattern lasts for 30 seconds
2 : he summons ultra troll bombs (ultra troll bombs are homing like super trolls and spit into 4 super trolls when they explode) in random places around the room
3 : throws triple bombs in all directions
4 : drops 8 bombs from the ceiling. Each bomb either gives the player a debuff or wrath a buff. These bombs can be destroyed like ultra greeds coins.
5 : summons 30 mullibooms.
He also has pyromaniac.
But what if the player also has Pyromaniac? GG EZ PZ NO RE

Unpopular opinion(?): Ultra Greed is a better boss than Mega Satan, Ultra Greed's theme is better than Mega Satan, and Ultra Greed is thiccer than Mega Satan. (Also Ultra Greed is like 2.36 times harder)
But the Greed mode makes you OP with the stuff it provides.
I'd say it would be more difficult if it was a boss found in the normal mode.
This should have been Delirium's boss theme, considering he's the FINAL final boss, and this is a remix of the main theme and everything.
Trisbit Well... no. This theme is just way too unfitting for Delirium and the boss fight itself. It’s meant to represent the state of mind collapsing in on itself, creating a chaotic state.
Bluerious I didn’t mean this theme exactly. I was referring to the fact that this is a remix of the main theme, which would have fit well for the final boss. It doesn’t have to be this medley exactly lmao, it would have been remixed to fit that “delirium feel”.

It's actually a damage resist based on how red he is from what I remember reading on the game-pedia page.

ultra greed and hush adjust their damage resistance to how much you are going at a time. back off for a little and attack again, you do more damage that way.

Slighty bigger arena that Ultra Greed's with plenty of rock barriers.
Attacks: Ultra Wrath lobs massive creep bombs over barriers, each bomb having a different effect. Some leave a mess of fire, some fire tear bursts, some create a poison cloud.
He will also attempt to ram you through barriers, breaking them.
Occasionally, Ultra Wrath throws a bomb at one wall and it detonates, sending out swarms of wraths.
At 50% and below, at times, he will occasionally throw down a single bomb which must be disarmed by shooting targets that appear before it explodes, resulting in unavoidable damage.
At 15% HP, he throws more bombs which now spit out cluster bombs with the same effects and he becomes immune to his own attacks.
(Will determine base stats later)

150 shots shot per second that make you pause the game in order to dodge it = fun
