I dont agree with protein powder intake isntead i suggest taking egg whites or paneer.. As i have witnessed someone takibg protein powder and got diabetic with so many changes in tgeir digestive system and had to stop protein powder immediately as per physicians advice. Never rely on readymade supplements or foods.
