Thank you sir! I am doing my best to offer the best chess analysis I can, but still keep the video entertaining and enjoyable to watch! I am glad people find the videos enjoyable!
Thank you! I’m glad you enjoyed the video! And that is exactly what I'm trying to do, I'm trying to show all the ideas but still keep things simple so anyone can follow along and enjoy the video! 👍
Yes a great game by both players! And agreed Arjun did not show his best chess here, he played well but I think he can go blow-for-blow with Magnus if he shows up 100%!
This has been my favorite video you’ve made. Ive watched 4 or 5 others but admittedly started ignoring them because I found the depth of the analysis distracting.
Ok I'm glad you enjoyed this video better! Is there anything in particular you liked? I'm always trying to improve my commentary (I'm a new UA-camr, I really only "blew up" in the last 1-2 months), I know I still have a lot to learn but this is more the style I will try to do going forward!
How high is your rating? Many of your assumptions how to evaluate the position is wrong, thats why I am asking you. A bishop pair in a closes position is no advantage. The reason he has an advantage is, that black has play on the king side while white has no on the queenside
2000 online, modern computers show bishop pair is worth about 0.5 pawns (Larry Kaufman has the best research on this), and with the position potentially opening up in the future, that is a big deal, even there, and this is supported by the engine evaluation improving for black immediately with the trade! Great point though - yes the knights can compete depending on the position!
"Instead of capturing the knight with the bishop, he plays rook takes"... Capturing the knight with the bishop would hang the bishop on f5 wouldn't it?
Not going Q to D3 was the turn in the game .... moving the bishop back up was just a wasted move , he could've gone there the first time he backed the bishop up
Still magnus carlsen Era. Eragasi needs a few more years minimum if he's relying on magnus's mental decline. Even then I doubt eragisi will hold #1 for a similar amount of time. He has the potential to be a champion but not an Era champion. Era champions are kasperov and magnus.
Honestly I think someone legit challenging him in skill level might spark his interest in regaining his world champion title, I think it would have to be a new superstar who is on his level or a complete change in the format (faster time controls etc.)
One of the best if not the best chess analysis youtube channels i found so far.

Great chess commentary with superfluous adjectives. That said, I learn something nearly every video.
Thanks for the great explanations and showing how the last few moves would go, much appreciated!

I like arjun style but he did make two moves that let magnus get tempo. Very good game for both
Yes a great game by both players! And agreed Arjun did not show his best chess here, he played well but I think he can go blow-for-blow with Magnus if he shows up 100%!
Brilliant and suspenseful.

What did you guys think of this video? I'm open to any feedback or things you want me to change or improve! And let's go Arjun Erigaisi!!!
Hey.......its AI guy 👍
you are perfect and the best chess channel i am currently following. so keep it up. The commentary does it for me.

I think if this guy can win candidate tournament Carlsen Will go after him and come back
Yes Magnus still dominating for now, but Erigaisi has limitless potential, he plays literally every opening and is 100% fearless!

Karpov would’ve been an era champ in any other era
Your videos are too long. Make them at 10m max.
TALK TOO MUCH!
Ok brother I am always trying to improve! I appreciate the feedback!
