Hey my dear Subscribers, See what i prepared for you..First of all Im sorry to say, due to some technical issues im uploading this Video again which is already Uploaded. The worlds most delicious Arabian Chicken Mandi Biryani | Original Smoky Mandi Biryani Flavor. Original taste guyss trust me the most authentic mandi biryani. This #SpecialMandiBiryani is very famous Arab Countries. Later it spread all over the world. Actually i was a big fan of Chicken Mandi Biryani which we get in our India then later i stopped eating it. Let me tell you the reason. when i went to Dubai 1st time Last year i went for a dinner to my friend Moahhamad Shaik Buran. Her mom Naziya Mummy ji prepared this recipe and i forgot what all types of Mandi Biryani i ate in our India. Believe me friends it was mind blowing taste and i ate almost 2 kgs of chicken and 1 kg of Mandi Rice. Oh My Godd.. Simplyy.. That day actually my return ticket was booked to india. but i cancelled it right away and postpone to 3 days later only because im a bigggg foodie and i want to learn that how actually they cook.. Really Hatts Offf Maa.. Al-Salamu Valaykum... Succefully i learnt 3 Mandi recipes that is one Chicken, 2nd one is Mutton Mandi and the other one Fish Mandi. The one i prepared is the chicken and later i will be doing the other recipes which i learnt very soon.

Black Pepper 1 tbs
Coriander seeds 2 tbs
Cumin seeds 1 tbs
Fennel seeds 1 tbs
Nutmeg ½ piece
Cinnamon sticks 4 Pieces
Cloves 12
Green Cardamom 8
To Marinate Chicken
1 kg Whole Raw Chicken
2 tbs Mandi Masala
1 tbs Ginger Powder
1 tbs Red Chilli Powder
½ tbs Salt/according to taste
2 lemon Juice
1 tbs cooking oil
Saffron 1 Pinch
For Mandi rice Preparation
cooking oil 1 cup
2 Onions
Mandi Masala 1 tbs
½ tbs salt / according to your taste
Green Chili 6
Basmati Rice 750gms
Charcoal 3 pieces
dry fruit as per your requirement
Saffron for Colour and Flavour
For Mandi Chutney:
4 Tomatoes
4 garlic Pods
4 Green Chillies
Salt ½ tspn
1 Lime Juice
1 Tspn Cumin Powder
