Was 515 pounds lost 265 pounds now weigh 250 pounds .And at almost 65 entering my first strongman contest ever . dec 14th 24 . I might zero everything but I dont care lol to get out of that chair just to enter is a win ! bands are another, wrap one end round a machine/post, put your leg in the other. Standing with legs open and with the band already under tension, bring the banded leg towards your standing leg

I detached my left bicep on the distal end in 2014. I really like the safety bar squat but what's interesting is my left repaired bicep sometimes goes into spasm when I do it, doesn't do that with any other exercise.
Very interesting to see you squat with a wider stance. I've been always surprised by your pretty narrow squats. Curious: Do you think you could actually squat more weight than with the narrower stance?

A hold my coach had me doing was on leg extensions. 3 sets of 10 with a 10 second hold at the top on reps 1 5 and 10. Only had 20kg but by the end it felt like 100 😂 the burn

When I do ANY type of leg work, my knees, hips, ankles, lower back all hurt during execution of lift and afterwards.. I have no joint issues when I do massive volume of the many exercises for upper body.. I have gotten out of leg day for decades by using this excuse.. anyone know a good shrink to de-program me?
I was doing zercher squats (225 3 sets of 6) with nothing between me and the bar and i actually cut of blood flow and the skin around my thumb went numb
This particular one won't be, this is from my coach. Our coaches will work with you to tailor a programme that is unique to you and your particular goals. 💪
