Oh dude, I’m all the way over in Canada haha! But yeah, I mean, you can even read the comments on this video. There’s a bunch of people who just like to say things for the sake of saying them. But I got to say as my beard has gotten longer. I’m about to reach one year and one month of growth next week or the week after that. My confidence level is up high mostly because I don’t care because I’m growing out my hair on the top of my head and my beard just for me. I’m also not letting the outside noise drag me down. People can say what they want to say. I know who I truly am as a person. Thank you for the comment though. I really appreciate it.
Forgot the comments about derma rollers.. genuine advice ill give you is shave it back to stubble and use 5% minoxidil twice a day, once in the morning and once at night/evening, use it for 6 months to a year as you're growing it out (again) and as long as you're consistent you'll see massive changes depending on your genetics. All the best on your beard journey buddy.👍
If you’re young and have a patchy beard, I don’t think it’ll forever be patchy, depending on your genetics obviously. You just have to shave it every 2-3 days and be patient. Some people’s take longer than others . If you’re older and have a patchy beard you just need to know the perfect length to have it.
My dad can grow a full beard. My uncle could grow a full beard. The beard that I’m growing right now is kind of unique it has that wizard look but it also doesn’t get in the way when I’m eating the only real complaint that I do have is that toothpaste and little crumbs of food still gets stuck in it. Overall it’s kinda nice to look like a wizard XD but every time I have something hanging from my beard, my grandma‘s quick to point it out and because she’s old-fashioned she’s always like wipe your face and I’m like oh my God just chill out
@@Hair_guyhey if your close family has good beards you have a very good chance of a great beard it may just take a little longer to notice. It sucks, but stick to it and keep up the good work!
Keep the beard no matter howvit grows once u like it thats all that matters i have a full beard but i end up cutting it last year September caus i was getting tired of people telling me i look to old with the beard but im done with listening to wa people say the beard really suits me so once u like it nd once u think ut suits u its all that matters bro😎
You're young still, so you'll probably grow more facial hair later on. When i was 18 i could only grow a neck beard, and only 3 cheek hairs lol and then in my early mid 20's i had a decent but patchy and thin looking beard. As soon as i turn in my 30's, my beard grew out in places i thought i couldn't grow any hairs. Now i have a full, dense looking beard.
Yeah, my beard when I was probably in my last year of high school I could only grow on the sides and a little bit of the chin, but the hairs were still kind of fuzzy. It wasn’t until probably when I was 19 and 20 when I started the notice that you know more hair Was showing up on the sides and the chin bottom and chin to be exact. My mustache even got a little bit more hair on it during these last two years. And if I’m being honest, I’m really growing it out for me. I’m not doing it impress anyone or to show anything off. I always have loved the long beard and long hair and I’m just deciding to grow out everything.
@@Hair_guy that's cool to know man. Only true men that will grow out a beard (no matter how it looks), will grow it out for themselves, not to impress the women or people in general. Just keep rocking what you got cause there's some dudes out there that can't grow anything besides a little mustache.
@@Hair_guyevery beard is beautiful buddy! Keep it up. I didn’t start getting a fully formed beard until I was in my 30s. I think just style it and use products to shape it... can easily do a van dyke while still growing it for the next years. Everyones beard is unique the older you get the more it fills in overtime
My parents have always told me I have kind of like that devil horn kind of beard just with how curly it is. I will say growing out your hair and your beard both at the same time there are definitely some challenges. For one I’m starting to have to push my hair all the way to the back just so I can comb my beard properly. Also, sleeping is getting a little bit difficult just with the amount of hair that I have now on my head and starting to get on my face. It’s very easy you just gotta find the right spot. But overall it’s not as annoying as some people think it can be. As long as you comb your long hair and beard together and just keep it nice and conditioned.
Keep at 4mm no shorter, this is so your Vellus hairs can become terminal, long hair makes you look homeless, doesn’t make a difference. Use Copenhagen grooming kit, works well with derma roller to speed up progress. Derma stamp is better and use these 1x/week. Can use in store Minixodil. If you have a bad reaction to Minoxidil, use Copenhagen grooming or another beard serum with Capilia Longa in it which is natural and won’t cause any reaction. Stick with this for about 6months and you should be good
Bro just keep the hair all to a stubble then use minoxidil trust me man the growth will be insane. I used minoxidil for 5 months and I basically got a beard from nothing. if you already had hair from this you have a better start than me and could grow a much bigger and greater beard
Just stick through it man you’re gonna have good days and you’re gonna have bad days. I always say the first 3 to 4 months are the hardest, depending on how much your beard does grow around that time frame because it’s in that stage where it’s not really considered short short, but it’s stuck in that in between where it’s a short/medium beard.
Oh, this video was made a couple months ago. I don’t think you’ll be happy to see it now it’s even more uneven haha! To be honest, if I had more facial hair, maybe on the upper part of my chin, it would look more even but I have an Amish beard and I’m happy with it
Bro we need waaay more kids in America like you man. You seem like a genuine happy likable man. Wish I had you as my neighbor bro.
