    Watching this feeling good knowing that later on im going to have overthinking again but i think im getting the hang of accepting it thank you for the trumendous help❤

    OCD takes it to the next level, by going meta..ruminating over exposures and way of acceptance
    And then at last it strikes on sleep....all for that one fear of losing it all and not coming up to the level which i was without the monster :)
    Compulsively doing exposures is senseless mongering, internal acceptance and being able to see the catastrophic loop independently is the key than being a party to it everyday

    I was good for 1 month but I started to get anxiety and overthinking again 😫few months are good and few months are terrible,I feel like recovery is impossible

      @@OCDrecoveryNick but it's hard to not to especially when glasses on it just frustrate my forehead region and when I am just trying to go on with life it keep squeezing on its on what is this then ??
