Sorry I have so many comments. I used the weathered gray gel stain yesterday and thought I had to put it on like paint and I didn’t wipe it off. So today parts of it are dry and other parts are not. I guess I will sand it tomorrow and start over, but I want to try the driftwood look. That’s why I asked the questions about each layer drying before adding another. This video was very helpful. Thank you

If u layer the different colors do u have to wait for each to dry first?

You are supposed to but I usually don’t wait more than a couple hours. Again, depends on climate. I live in dry Arizona so my wait time may be less.

I usually wait at least 24 hours. Might be more depending on climate.
