love these tips, ice is amazing for the skin i've found as well. especially on my eyes when i'm puffy from the night before and on pimples to quell swelling ASAP

Try collagen peptide powder, its more effective and in some cases a purer and more superior source. Vital Proteins brand for collagen peptides, Great Lakes brand for gelatin.

Dr Dennis Gross says to stay away from oil if you have oily skin. Path is was in his recent interview with Sali Hughes. I am conflicted!
It’s fine if you wash it off with a foaming cleansing and don’t leave it on your skin.
