You are scolding those people tweeting things like this, but you use those clickbait titles, especially, when you have way more influence on the playerbase. It doesn't really go hand in hand with your arguments in the video.
I'm not scolding anyone. I think the title of this video perfectly amplifies the problem with the tweet, and because of the title more people will click and understand the truth, opposed to the alternative that is less people watch and less people are informed.

This week I deleted all my players and deleted the game. It's just a frustrating mess. The main issue is defending. They need to completely rework it. Having games be 6-5 all the time isn't fun or football

Honestly im sad this isn’t true because ea need a massive wake up call on the quality of the games they’re releasing. The effort and brain power put into this game is laughable and people need to stop supporting ea so they start improving their game
they have deviated from simplicity. Fifa should be simple like it was with 14,15 and 16.
But they won't make as much money as they do now. Which is what they care about.
But these games when came out was the worst fifa ever this game has a life expectancy and anyone that has played fifa for years very rarely play the game consistently for the whole cycle tbh we as a community are never happy but those that think an older version was better go back now and play 10 games and you will remember how bad they was even then nostalgia is a cruel concept

I have downloaded fifa 16 and 14 on PC and Xbox and it has highlighted and reiterated what i thought to be true, that despite those games not being perfect ofcourse their direction, quality and gamrplay were 1000000X Better than the shit we have received since fifa 17. Newer games are not automatically better by default just because they're new. Thats recency bias.

For me, the air was out after the TOTY-Event. So many packs, not a single TOTY-Player. Its just a shame what this Company do with this Product.

Got about 3 tradable players in my club. Tradable pack are never gonna reward you unless you're spending thousands of pounds

Honestly all my gripes were addressed early in the video. Im willing to bet the players dropping off are those sick with trying to keep up with the meta using real money. Ive loved FIFA since 07 and every time ultimate team was available, i could use players i liked and still compete because the foundations of the gameplay was solid but FC24 is a HUGE deviation from the casual fun playstyle.
I used to be a solid D1/D2 player whilst using cheaper teams. This year im struggling in D8 for clean wins. Constant mechanics abuse that forces me to play uncomfortably and when i do finally get a stranlehold on the game, my team crumbles and cant make passes or make decent touches.
This game is a frustration simulator in game and even in the menus. The list of issues this game has is abundant and its a real shame to see how badly the game seems to be doing for those who dont/wont/cant keep up with the meta
When it said 60% I thought it was the players in game licensing
People stopped : 1) Because we spend time breaking cards doing SBCs rather than playing the game 2) Most pay to win ever game 3) Women in Football.

Not once have I packed a promo card from any trade pack worth over 100k this year. Anytime I open an untrade pack, I'm packing some great things weird thats ruined it for me

Just look at steam numbers, that’s hardcore data and the numbers are down massively.
It's so funny that this data solely reflects the number of games played with tradeable cards in Ultimate Team. Now, if you have a first owner tradeable card with 30 million games played, but you have never listed it in the market, it will not count. 😂

Correct, EA have moved to pushing huge amounts of untradable packs in the store, at the expense of tradable. People used to say casuals won’t spend money on fp if the players they pack don’t have market value however it’s actually the opposite, EA have made more money than ever and it’s because people spending money don’t actually care about the market!

Not surprised. I am shocked at how bad the game is. I was a serious fifia player in 2019. Took a break. Got eafc 24 and a PS5. Online.

This data isn’t from FUTBIN. They can’t track who’s in each person’s team. This data had to be taken from an alternate source.

For the 3rd year running, my team is fully untradeable and any promo card or high rated card that is tradeable, gets listed.
Take away the pay to win disadvantage and make it who grinds the most and plays the best. Not who spends the most money

This genuinely isn't *that* pay to win tbh. EA's predatory practices with store packs and stuff is disgusting, without a doubt. But this year specially, its easier than ever to get a top top meta team, that, if good enough, can get you rank 1 for sure. Maybe the Pele's and TOTYs will be out of reach, but everyone has Mbappes, Eusebios, Werners, Maldinis, Cafus etc etc etc. Everyone has a banging team this year.

I have always loved fifa. It’s always been my go to game. My passion. However, apart from the occasional clubs session with my mates. I don’t touch it. I haven’t in months. It’s really disappointing. I just don’t find it enjoyable anymore

I dont know how many Players left. I only see that iam stopped after Toty and not a Single friend in my online list plays Fifa anymore since months ! So i think the numbers are actually higher then 60%.

The game starting with the menu is a bowl of confusion and then the controls are ridiculous, unintuitive and too difficult to get down esp the shot meter. Stupid.
You could make the argument that EA has "lost" about 60% of its tradeable players (of course it's dependant on the overall games played, so it's going to be different from 60% but still a drastic change).
Also a very interesting topic that could be covered, the motivations and potential outcomes (pushing EA points sales and making more money imo).
To the people that criticize EA as a whole. As a company they're doing exactly what they're built for, which is making more profit, which makes the shareholders happy. I don't believe that most people that are outraged, if they were shareholders would say sth like "We've made more profit than before, but because the game is shit we need to change everything for the better".
They would most likely take those profits and ask for more profit-based changes.
Then you have different divisions/teams for each game, a gameplay team, a content team, a marketing team, etc. EA as a company don't decide which player gets a UT birthday SBC and which PlayStyle + they're going to have, those decisions are probably made by the content team. Shitting on EA as a whole doesn't help the situation, shitting on teams withing EA doesn't help the situation either. What can help is constructive criticism, because it shows that you're on the side of making the game better, which the devs also want to do (maybe not all of them, but there are always some of them. Sometimes they're bound by guidelines given to them from above, but ultimately they are on our side. If we don't tell them our genuine feedback, how are they supposed to know? Stay positive and constructive
The reason is the impossibility to pack good cards without spending a lot of money on it...
Gameplay is another issue actually but mostly the inaccessibility to the majority of the top tier players
Only play for pro clubs now. There is no point in continuing UT due to already having an 'end game' team. No enjoyment or motivation to carry on playing.
I think the problem with EA is that they don't care enough about their audience to make the changes needed to make this game salvagable and enjoyable to play thats why a lot of people are sick and tired with their antics and revel in any downfall or mishap of ea sports all loyal fifa fans want is stable gameplay and not to be ripped of big style every year with obscenely priced packs and FC points its so clear to see the more money you put in the game the more of an advantage you have which is fine if its 20 quid here and there like micro transactions for other games but with this game you don't compete unless you throw hundreds of pound a year at the game which is just mind boggling and dispicable in my honest opinion
