    Well done. For the footpeg spring you can compress it and then zip-tie it compressed. You can then drop the spring in with very little effort and then snip the zip-tie off.

    This gave me anxiety, why use a torque wrench when every fastener he tightened he adds another 45° to. Maybe it was for good luck?

      There is a small mistake in editing. Tightening and andjusting torque wrench order is wrong.

      It had a wrong torque adjustment. Tightened it with correct settings later. But in video it looks weird.

      Bünye tork anahtarı kullanmaya alışık olmayınca böyle oluyor, doğru kullanmayı becerse bile o tork anahtarının kalibrasyonu eminim ki nuh nebiden kalmadır :) ayrıca 4:14 tam bir şaheser :) darbeli somun sökme ile chrom vanadium lokma kullanılmaz, hadi lokmayı boşver, o somun darbesiz üreticinin tavsiye ettiği tork değerinde sıkılmalıdır ki tas arkasında rulmanlar ve şanzıman rulmanları zarar görmesin, ben bu ülkenin tamircilerinden bıktığım için her işimi kendim yapıyorum, bunlara işin doğrusunu anlatamazsınız, anlatmaya kalkarsanız kabul etmek yerine kavga çıkarırlar.

    But i`m so annoyed that you have to change almost everything on a bike to race. That`s a second bike cost-wise. "Ready to race" lol

      That's a factory bike build, 95% of the riders don't need a bike like this. Just get a good suspension set up, protection accessories (disk guards, skidplate, radiator braces, etc), the radiator fan and some adjustments to the cockpit and you're ready to go

      Bike came with 300cc ECU from dealer so we did not change or flash it. Standard head also.

      @@offroadadventuresgreece For sure, that’s why i like ktm, gasgas and husqvarna bikes. So many options. Though some parts stock are made to be upgraded like they were meant to be replaced and make money. I bit sad

    Super cool video, thank you! Maybe that's been asked already, but, anyway: Why would you take a 250 and convert to 300, when you can just buy a 300? What's so different about that?

      We did this build in Turkiye for a race “Sea to Sky” . Almost everyone buys 250 instead of 300 because of to not pay extra %30 VAT in Turkiye. It is better to buy 250 bike with 300 kit. There is no difference between them.

      %90 Same, After shooting this video, Travis Teasdale raced at Sea to Sky Hard Enduro. He completly destroyed it 😭 . We changed many parts again. Also we changed triple clamp with better one.

    would it be possible to go from a 300 back to a 250? bought a 300ex from factory and would like to be able to wring my bike out more

      Change the gearing and jetting on the 300 and it'll be on the pipe a lot more!

    Why use 300 factory kit on a 250 ?
    Why not buy a gasgas 300 ec directly ?

      We have to pay extra %30 VAT for stock 300 in Turkiye. So We buy a 250 and ann extra 300kit is better.

    Beware, Viewers! Don't try this at home. This fellow is no mechanic. Take this video with a LARGE grain of salt. Don't EVER use an impact wrench to ASSEMBLE motorcycle engine parts. And as others have mentioned, Why bother with a torque wrench if you don't plan on stopping when the damn thing CLICKS!? If the builder can't manage using the correct tools in the correct manner, what makes you think anything about this build/video is legit?
