- We builded an Ultimate Hard Enduro Dirt Bike from GASGAS EC250 for Travis Teasdale to ride it on Sea to Sky Hard Enduro this year. This video has a pure preparing sounds for dirt bike enthusiast. We can say for it that it is an ASMR video for Enduro Life followers.

Well done. For the footpeg spring you can compress it and then zip-tie it compressed. You can then drop the spring in with very little effort and then snip the zip-tie off.

This gave me anxiety, why use a torque wrench when every fastener he tightened he adds another 45° to. Maybe it was for good luck?

I noticed that too. Yikes!!!
There is a small mistake in editing. Tightening and andjusting torque wrench order is wrong.
This made me cringe as well
People use torque wrench too much anyways.

What's the point of using a torque wrench if you keep going after it pops? lol
It had a wrong torque adjustment. Tightened it with correct settings later. But in video it looks weird.

And he haven't even added an insane amount of parts. There is so much more parts available. Plus gear like drinking systems etc

But i`m so annoyed that you have to change almost everything on a bike to race. That`s a second bike cost-wise. "Ready to race" lol
That's a factory bike build, 95% of the riders don't need a bike like this. Just get a good suspension set up, protection accessories (disk guards, skidplate, radiator braces, etc), the radiator fan and some adjustments to the cockpit and you're ready to go

We did this build in Turkiye for a race “Sea to Sky” . Almost everyone buys 250 instead of 300 because of to not pay extra %30 VAT in Turkiye. It is better to buy 250 bike with 300 kit. There is no difference between them.

%90 Same, After shooting this video, Travis Teasdale raced at Sea to Sky Hard Enduro. He completly destroyed it 😭 . We changed many parts again. Also we changed triple clamp with better one.
No ECU swap? Standard Head or Coober?
Bike came with 300cc ECU from dealer so we did not change or flash it. Standard head also.
would it be possible to go from a 300 back to a 250? bought a 300ex from factory and would like to be able to wring my bike out more
Change the gearing and jetting on the 300 and it'll be on the pipe a lot more!

Every factory bike puts them in from the bottom.

Why use 300 factory kit on a 250 ?
Why not buy a gasgas 300 ec directly ?
We have to pay extra %30 VAT for stock 300 in Turkiye. So We buy a 250 and ann extra 300kit is better.
