It's a GHOST TOWN. No density. You don't get the same effect of the skyscrapers when you're in the downtown as you do from outside the city looking towards it.
Most American cities are like this because most American cities are essentially giant sprawling never ending suburbias. cities like NYC, DC, New Orleans, Chicago and a hand full of other are outliers.
Boring Downtown Dallas but hey I'll give you an A+ for quality and effort and thanks for posting the video and lastly in my personal opinion Houston is better, peace. ✌️
