Bailey, thank you for doing proper research on this regarding the Irish Famine and how it was genocide by the british, no one mentions this! Im Irish born and raised and came to England for work, and i can honestly say that the hatred for the Irish in England is alive and kicking 😢😢😢😢 thank you again, you are such a massive influence and inspiration ❤❤❤
I've lived in England for a decade and I've never found that the hatred for Ireland still exists here? If I feel like we're seen as a twee little sidekick and they cannot comprehend why the Irish would dislike them. I guess it must differ depending on where in England you're living.
English here, never heard anyone hating on the Irish (other than jokingly when they hate Guinness) My best friends are from 2 different parts of Ireland living in 2 different places in England and they disagree with this too. Never heard of or experienced any hate in the 15 years they've lived here (one travels all over England for work too)
I went on a Jack the Ripper tour while I was in England and the tour guide looked at me and said “you’re standing in the exact spot where he killed one of his victims” and I’m likeeee wow thanks

Yes! The beginning of city sanitation days..a whole history within itself.
I’ve always said if I had 3 wishes knowing the identity of cold case killers would be my first wish and that any future killers would be cursed with an urge to confess to what they wanna do/have done so they can be convicted cos unsolved crimes annoy me!
Hi Bailey, I'm a longtime fan and I'm Irish, replying from Dublin. Thank you for calling the Irish famine what it actually was, a genocide. I think that's the first time I've heard someone with such a huge platform say that ❤❤❤
Same! When I say my jaw hit the floooor
Sinead O’Connor did a song about it. 💚 “okay I want to talk about Ireland, specifically I want to talk about the famine, about the fact that there never really was one - there was no famine.”
Thank you for recognising the Irish Genocide! PLEASE do a Dark History!! 🖤
Bailey

Bailey
Could you make a MM&M episode about ghosts/paranormal activity? It’s been a while. Thank you!
So excited for Jack the Ripper. Please do an H.H. Holmes revisited episode where you tell us all the stuff you had to leave out. Easy peasy. ❤
“Killers say the darndest things” they really do though 😩 can we pls get this on a hoodie ?
I second this!
I literally said, "Ooh! Is this merch?" 😂It's a quote from one of my favorite pods, _That's Messed Up: An SVU Podcast._ If you like Bailey, you might like them, too.
The eyeshadow meltdown floored me 🤣🤣 so relatable
I want to thank you for using pictures in your stories. I am a visual person and they add so much to the story.😃
Bailey's videos feels like we're just catching up and exchanging the latest true crime tea🍵
I went to London in 2014 and we were able to do a nighttime walking tour of Jack the Ripper. They took us to all the places the women’s bodies were found and they told the story. It was pretty cool to see where it all happened. Also I love you so much and I’ve turned so many of my friends and family on to your videos ❤
Jack the Ripper episode on my birthday?! Couldn't have asked for a better gift! Love you Bailey!! ❤️
Happy Birthday!!!
happy birthday!!!!
Happy Birthday 🎉❤
Happy Birthday :)
Happy birthday darling❤
Never too late Bailey, could always do another ep filling in some gaps about Holmes when you’re not busy busy researching on other cases :)
I second this!!
Thanks!
I live on a road where Jack the Ripper killed somebody. There’s a tiny little museum under the railway! Thank you for talking about east London, it feels surreal just watching about where I’m from.
Anyone else loving the "Forgetting Sara Marshall" reference with her "You sound like you're from London" lol 😂
"You sound like you're from London" 😂 Paul Rudd is hilarious in Forgetting Sarah Marshall
I was on the bus earlier today and i heard baileys voice coming out a teenagers phone and i never felt so proud ❤😅
THIS!! Similar happened to me and I got the biggest secondhand ego on Bailey's behalf lol
I'm sure that was cool cause outside of myself I don't know anyone who watches her and never heard it while in public. I would smile too.
Bailey’s eye shadow fiasco is all of us. She’s so relatable. I literally cannot do makeup, and every time I try I get this frustrated… You’re doing amazing lady!
Also, do a 2 parter for H.H Holmes. We’re all here for it. We don’t care that you’ve already done him. Go for it!
Your laugh when it's so uncomfortable is actually how I would react. Can't wait for #2
Bailey, thank you for doing proper research on this regarding the Irish Famine and how it was genocide by the british, no one mentions this! Im Irish born and raised and came to England for work, and i can honestly say that the hatred for the Irish in England is alive and kicking 😢😢😢😢 thank you again, you are such a massive influence and inspiration ❤❤❤
There’s still anti-Irish sentiment there?
I've lived in England for a decade and I've never found that the hatred for Ireland still exists here? If I feel like we're seen as a twee little sidekick and they cannot comprehend why the Irish would dislike them. I guess it must differ depending on where in England you're living.
@@sarahjean7441I’m thinking the same? I’m English and have never heard anyone of any age group hate on Irish people..
English here, never heard anyone hating on the Irish (other than jokingly when they hate Guinness)
My best friends are from 2 different parts of Ireland living in 2 different places in England and they disagree with this too. Never heard of or experienced any hate in the 15 years they've lived here (one travels all over England for work too)
Really sorry that you’ve experienced negativity from English people. Sometimes I’m really ashamed to be English.
Please Bailey do a dark history on the irish famine 🙏🏻🙏🏻
YES!
When is part two Bailey? Have you posted it? I’m actually buzzin for the second part! I’m hooked!
I went on a Jack the Ripper tour while I was in England and the tour guide looked at me and said “you’re standing in the exact spot where he killed one of his victims” and I’m likeeee wow thanks
Whaaa..?😳 He just threw that out there like that? 😂 (bet the tour was cool asf) 😏
I have always wanted to do it but I felt as hardly any buildings are still around I didn't think I would get a proper feal for it😬
Headed to London in 2 weeks and I'm really interested to walk around Whitechapel, this video was perfect timing
@@sassie88901 Ooh, have bunches of fun!!!! Yaaay for you! 👏👏👏👏
😂😂😂
For anyone interested in this story, read The Five because it’s the best book about the case & especially the victims.
Hey Bailey- I want to tell you that I really appreciate all the work you do to bring us this channel. I’m a full time psych student who gets behind on things around the house. I watch you when I do my dishes and laundry. You make catching up on dreadful chores seem so less dreary. Thank you so much ❤
Says I have a comment- yet I can’t see any comment. Does anyone else see any comments under mine?
I see both of yours but the other. She may have blocked it because it wasn't allowed.
+1
Do you think he would of got away with it today ? I often think of this when thinking of this case ❤
It always feels like I’m gossiping with a friend. Thanks Bailey for giving us a safe space… while talking about unsafe things😂
I'm one of those people that totally believes H.H. Holmes is Jack the Ripper. There are just so many coincidences!
Came to the comments to say this too!!! It’s TOTALLY H H Holmes!!!!!
How if he was caught 😭 ?
Congrats on 7 million! I was waiting for this story❤
Jack the Ripper is just one of those mysteries that never gets old, I remember reading about this way back in the late seventies early eighties. Can’t wait for part 2!
Relatable
Watching this again to be refreshed for part 2 today, hopefully!! 🤞
Bailey screaming because her eye shadow wasn't blending is me, but just with life in general
Girl... same 😂
Mondays are made better with Bailey 💖
Thanks Bailey. Truly enjoyed your rendition of this story. Also, I hope you go out somewhere nice every Monday after you’ve done yourself up. You deserve it after all the work you put in. Thanks again
In 2003 I went to London for vacation. We did a Jack the Ripper tour. It was a rainy night, so mood was perfect. You are doing a great job!
My best friend and I did this too. It was very eerie but fun. 😅
I dont hang out with so-called friends (anymore lol) so I feel seen when Bailey says, Hi, friends! :)
Oh had bad friends? Ive heard it said you can trust your enemies more. There's definite truth to that. At least with enemies you know they're enemies
Me too!😊
As a russian, who fled the country due to latest events, I can tell you that a phrase "It's getting real rough in Russia" is like a motto and characterises everything going on there on a daily bases.
The fact that this says Pt1 makes me super happy!! We know it takes a lot of work and we appreciate you Bailey 🩵
I’m Scottish but my dad and brothers lived in London o spent my summers in the east end of London. Blows my mind how much tourism is around Jack the Ripper, we’ll never know now and that’s how it lives on. Congratulations on the 7M go you 🤟
Thank you for the lil insight to our Irish history 🇮🇪 Would LOVEEE a Dark History episode on it as it is an integral part of our history that we still see the impact of today ❤️
🙏🇮🇪 definitely,I've been waiting for someone to cover this
Bailey you deserve all 7 million subscribers, congrats! Queen of True Crime
Bailey is so popular cause one she makes u feel like we’re all her best friend gossiping ..and wen the worst part is coming she’s gonna warn u like she’s either gonna laugh or “apologize”..also she tells these stories as less heavy as she can
I'd love a dark history on the Irish famine!! It's so misunderstood
Does anyone else still “Sa-na-sahhh” every video?
Whenever bailey goes “idk, nobody knows whats going on” 😭😭💯
Bailey! You literally appear at the best time. Whenever I get low, you appear to brighten the day. We love you & appreciate you 💕
Ahhh! I was so happy to hear the throwback of “Do you like it? Do you love it? Do you wanna wear it?” 😭🫶🏽
Your makeup is always great but this one is my absolute favorite. The Lips and eyes are just amazing
When you race through the kids story so you can get a cuppa and listen to your own bedtime story 🤣🤣✨💞 Bailey you make Mondays amaaaaazin!!
Now I can crank out my last 50 min of work with Bailey! ❤
Same!
Ohmg same 😂
Same.l I listen on my last part of the day while I am working.
I'm so glad you finally got around to Jack The Ripper. I've been weirdly obsessed with the case for ages - read so much on it, every new piece of potential evidence (I loved Patricia Cornwell's book exploring different suspects and mitochondrial DNA) new pics... so excited for your take!
I’ve been hoping you’d cover this one for so long!! Such an interesting and sad case. I took a trip to London 6 years ago and we stayed in a townhouse that happened to be 2 alleys down from one of the locations a victim was found. 🥴 we didn’t know until our taxi driver informed us that we were “in ripper territory”
Okay idk why but I can’t stop smiling when I see that Bailey uploads a new video💪🥹🫠☺️😅
no one else tells a criminal case like Bailey ❤
She is great but have you heard Tamara black girl gone podcasts I love them both equally
I'm gonna have to check her out!@@nakithajones
I love that these videos feel like a chisme session! 😂❤ great work Bailey!
Hahaha 💯! Love itt!!
Yeah I feel like I’m at the nail salon 😅
I don't know why the f* I watched this episode while there was a really bad thunder storm outside, my soul left my body a few times and Bailey's voice instead of soothing was so creepy , great episode though 😂
