And if you did his after Storm Eagle's stage, the power plant would be wrecked from the falling ship and the electrical hazards would be gone, but more of the stage would be darker, which was a neat touch demonstrating the effect of your actions upon the world.
This is how i heard the soundtrack in my mind as a kid, just pure shredding the whole time, the music designers on mega man x really understood rock and roll, makes sense really

I realized that Sigma's goal changed in first game i.e. Reploid superiority and formation of a Reploid nation (sadly at the expense of human race) to a more selfish goal as seen in Rockman X4 to use reploids just for his own means (even though they could have coexisted in peace) to just reploid evolution (deeming old reploid models as obsolete in RockmanX7 &*)
Mom worked a lot to provide for me so daycare was my social life. When the La Petite gained a SNES, MMX was natural to me since I conquered MM²-4. The Hadouken was a great touch lol. I remember Sigma's dog being one of the easier bosses to perform the attack on because you could stock up on life energy right before the fight haha

Wow. Perfection in thrash form. You nailed this soundtrack from start to finish. I prefer this over every version to date. You have major talent, man. Maybe try another favorite soundtrack of mine in Actraiser. Not many have the talent to make it their own and sound good, but you pull it down with ease. (9.5/10) the original I gave 8.5/10, consider me a fan!
Personally I think this music sounds too amateur to be in a game (Not even faithful to the original instrumentation) but I am not saying is bad either. As a fan work is good.
This was incredible. Usually these types of remixes get the audio mixing terribly wrong, or use weird instrument choices when the intended instrument for a particular part is incredibly obvious, but this... this is just amazing. I read somewhere that for Mega Man X, Capcom used an edited accordion sample and tried to pass it off as an electric guitar, which is why some of the soundtrack sounds a little... strange. This really feels like the way that the soundtrack was meant to be heard. Not that it's a hard bar to pass, but this is definitely better than anything from GaMetal.
