The scope of this lesson is essentially identical to the one you did for golf digest's youtube channel "title rose zhang" but strangely that video was incredibly helpful for me while this wasn't.
This video lacked the breakdown and simplified stages shown in the other video and also lacked covering how the wrists move through impact.
