I first saw them when they opened for Jack White (not sure how many years ago) and they blew me away. Hands down one of the best shows I've ever seen. I went home and immediately bought their album. Nothing but pure talent right here.
How imperfect it is actually makes it better. I love the slight screech you get in her voice at those high notes, like a pained squeal. That makes me feel some sort of way. You know, like this music has real soul.

My friend got us tickets to see them tonight! i'm gonna be honest I hadn't heard any of their music till now and I must say I am extremely excited to these guys perform like its more than just country, their songs are so catchy and I'm the first to admit I'm not huge country fan but holy crap this is my new favorite song!!
I haven't heard anything like this, ever, I think. It's just a perfect combination of country, dirty, deeply, passionated. Real, pure. Simple yet complex in detail for the keen observer. Truely, and I mean it, breathtaking. I'm speechless as to what to say.
