Great observation :) I have a policy these days that I need to be able to do a nice run-up to the pool to flail myself into it somehow - mostly based on self enjoyment. Some of these smaller properties don't qualify.

I hear that. Can get the same in the US in far removed locations that have less demand. Bali is a global tourist hub and the dynamics are different; apples to oranges. Investors need to understand the nuances of investing in an ecosystem based on tourism. Currently the demand is still quite strong and we move with market pricing accordingly. For what it's worth I always truly try my best to be objective in my videos, which is fairly easy because Propertia has stringent qualifications around the properties we sell - no old stuff; only properties in high value areas etc.. Helps create a more efficient sales process. Is Bali more expensive than it was just 12 months ago? Absolutely.
