Most of you who want to become a Pilot or are about to start your career and pilot training, might have had this doubt. Its no hidden fact that training to be a Pilot is expensive and can break the bank, while many people might not be able to afford the cost.
But still, these costs do change with time and so I bring you an update of #pilottrainingcost in 2021 so that you have an idea an expectation of what you will end up spending. While I have shared what final figures should you be expecting, I also have #explained a breakup of these costs or components of your total expenses.
If you cannot afford the above mentioned cost, don't worry, as in the follow up video to this one, I will be giving you certain tips and methods you can use to try and reduce this cost as much as you possibly can.

Can 10 hours of flying on single engine simulator be done under total 185 hours of single engine flying?
Or do we have to fly on a real single engine aircraft for 185 hours and 10 hours on single engine simulator separately? So, a total of 195 hours on single enhine. Is that what you meant?
Similarly, for multi-engine, 15 hours on real aircraft and 10 hours on Simulator?
I got this doubt because, minimum requirement is 200 hours.
Youbhave to fly 185hrs on actual aircraft and 10 hrs on simulator SEPARATELY !

Brdr according to dgca, total 200 hrs of flying and in between 15 hrs multi engine rest 185 single engine in 185 hrs we can do 20 hrs on simulator for basics !

This requirement of 1500 flight hours is an FAA regulation only in the USA. DGCA has not this requirement for first officers, so you can apply for a job at an airline when you have a CPL.

We need a really robust and proven aircraft to train new pilots, like a cessna... and that requires fuel while the very few electric aircrafts are still long way before they get approved and flying and used for training.

Sir what if we spend this much money on our training and we don’t get a job I mean what are the odds and chances that we don’t get a job in airline?? 70 lac is a huge huge amt.. please I request you to make a separate video on it that what is the ratio of not getting a job in an airline in near future
No definitive answer for this, it is very variable and depends on market situation, if demand is high, most get a job, else even experienced will have to wait for things to improve

Yes airline training is given by the airline you get selected in after you join them... if you get selected after you CPL and/or Type rating... your employment is almost sure....
