That was one of the most beautiful sermons I’ve heard. That touched my heart and spoke to me in a very personal way. Thank you Father Mark.

True father, sinning starts with doing minor mistakes and the more you do the more your conscience dies. Once it dies you will never be afraid of committing more and more sins and that's how a beast in human who keeps sinning magnifies itself. Your soul becomes corroded day by day.Funny thing with christians is that they sin knowing that they will repent afterwards, I know that our God is always forgiving but being careless with your life is where you should draw the line. But all in all prayers help a lot in overcoming all these.

This would explain the sad ending of such a wise man named King Solomon, who perhaps forgot to ask God for knowledge 1 Kings 11:1-13. Everyday we must be wise and choose to pick up our Cross and journey with Christ Our King Jesus and know that we are saved by God's great mercy, the Body, Blood Soul and Divinity of Christ Jesus.Thank you Father Mark for your Priesthood. May God Bless you and yours.

I don’t get how David was forgiven but Moses never got to see the promise land

Hi there! Theology student here! I was reflecting over the same thing one week ago and came to the conclusion that it is linked to the nature of the sin in question. David's sins were grave sure, but personal. Moses didn't trust God and defied his direct words through his leadership. Because the sin was acted out in his leadership and his role as a representative of God in front of his people the punishment was harder.
      May Almighty God bless you.
