Lort Cha | Stir Fried Pin Noodles |Short Noodles | Cambodian Street Food Made at Home| Easy Recipe

Hi everybody! Today I made a comforting dish that a lot of people like in Cambodia. The name of the dish is call Lort Cha (Pin Noodles or Short Noodles) If you have a chance to visit Cambodia, try and order this dish, you won’t be disappointed. You’ll find this dish on most street vendors menu and in most restaurants. It’s very cheap and very delicious. You may add crushed peanuts or sweet and sour fish sauce on top. I like mine with chilly oil or chill sauce.
Ingredients (serve 2-3 people)
8 oz. Beef
1-2 eggs
2 cups Chinese Broccoli
1 cup chives
1 cup bean sprouts
4 gloves minced garlic
Stir fry sauce
1 Tablespoon fish sauce
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 Tablespoon black soy sauce
1 Tablespoon oyster sauce
1/2 Tablespoon chicken soup mix
1 Tablespoon sugar
