Awesome demo man you are a fantastic player. I think I'm just old school I can't get into the guitar computers there is something about the way they sound I haven't been able to put my finger on it. I just like guitars amps and a few pedals. I definitely appreciate what these things can do though.

Im a pretty big fan of Boss products, but i have heard both good and bad from the GT-1000, as an experienced user of these kind Boss modellers i know that its easy to make them sound like shit, but often you can get some great sound out of them to. I hope its easier in the GT-1000 to get good sounds than before.
Ce pédalier est une tuerie! Et encore plus dans les mains d'un tueur! Le seul truc ou Boss à merdé complet c'est dans tous les "output modes return amp" absolument degeux! Pour jouer dans un power amp il faut rester en mode recording et désactiver le speaker.
Would like to hear demos that cover more transparent overdrive and distortion that would be found in lower gain music. All these pedals do a great job of blowing the roof off the house. What do they sound like at cleaner OD settings
First of all, extremely well done, as far as your Guitar Playing! Secondly, what in the world is that Guitar your playing with? I couldn't see the Brand Name or is it a Custom Made Guitar just for you? It's also well done!! And finally..... I have been having a really hard time figuring out which Modeling Floorboards I should buy. I have watched countless Videos of what you're using, the GT1000, The Helix LT, The Headrush and now, Line 6 has thrown in a new toy......the new, Line 6 Pod Go!! What a great Floorboard at an unbelievable price of $450 roughly. I have been really been leaning towards the Headrush but unfortunately, I've yet to find any information about what all Amps, Effects, Cabinets as well as how many Effects are able to be activated at the same time. My ONLY HESITATION with the GT1000 is in it Harmonizer. I know it's, at least from what I've been told, based off of the Boss PS-6 Harmonist. I used to own that Pedal, unfortunately, it didn't Track Harmonies very well at all, it was a touch difficult for me at least, to get the optimal sound from it. Maybe I was spoiled by the Smart Harmony from the Line 6 M Series and Helix. There hasn't really been ANYTHING, in my opinion, that has come close but I'm not willing to pay out over $1200 for the LT or $1600 for the Full Helix. Have you ever played with the Headrush or the Firehawk? Truly, how is the Harmonizer in the GT1000 in comparing it to the Smart Harmony from Line 6 or the Headrush. I'm in DESPERATE need of a GRAB AND GO Pedalboard I can travel with and have the ability to plug in to virtually ANY Amp with some MINOR TWEAKING with the Amp and also have the ability to run straight into the FOH PA System and, for the most part, have MY SOUNDS AND TONES no matter what type of gear is being provided on stage!! To take care of Stage Sound and Volume, a simple FRFR Speaker will do the job. Not only Stage Volume wise, perfect for a personal Monitor as well. Any input that you can provide ,would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for your time!!
I know all the effect unites you mentionned, but unfortunately, trying the Harmonize is not my priority, so I will not be objective and intersting enough in my answer. Sorry for that. As far as I'm concerned, the GT-1000 hamonizer works well. And the guitar brand I am playing with is Vigier. ;-)
this unit sounds freakin exelent.... i like it more then helix an ax8... but the featuers the helix has makeshelix a winner to me...maybe combine them? hehe :)
Also, rythmn playing is almost never demoed . This is where the pedal hits the medal. Can it faithfully maintain string separation. this demo was a Great Demo anyway

Pas grand chose, une entrée Jack supplémentaire avec la possibilité de router les signaux sur chaque chaîne d'ampli, pour la sortie piezo de ma PRS par exemple, une xlr pour l'acoustique ou un micro (mais j'admets que ce n'est pas la fonction première de cet outil), un midi thru et l'entrée aux. Mais bon, en contrepartie je suis bien content de trouver les deux boucles d'effets et je pense qu'on peut toujours faire passer de l'audio par l'usb.
Après avoir vu ta démo du GT-1, je suis allé l’essayer, rien à en tirer, impossible d’en sortir un son un minimum acceptable comme tu l’as si bien réussi.. Peut-être que les 15mn de test n’étaient pas suffisantes.. Pourtant les Line6 HD500x ou Zoom MS-100BT ont directement sorti un son nickel lorsque je les avais testés. Cette démo du GT-1000 est superbe, faut la vendre à Boss.. 😉 Bref, moi je suis toujours à la recherche de ‘mon’ multieffets/modeler... :(.. je cherche que chose de simple, complet, avec un bon harmonizer. Même si le budget n’est pas un souci, un GT1000 ou un Hélix nécessitera du temps avant maîtrise il me semble, je ne suis qu’un amateur qui joue dans son coin depuis 35 ans, mais peu de temps dispo, je cherche du ‘plug and play’ .. Tu penses quoi du RP360XP, si je puis me permettre tes avis sur mes interrogations ? Merci en tout cas pour tes superbes démos.
Luke Luke merci! Le gt-1 est VRAIMENT top. Je ne connais pas le rpx360. La plupart du temps je joue juste avrc les presets d'usine. Merci pour les encouragements et n'hésites pas à t'inscrire et partager la video. ☺
pour les effets, clairement le gt-1000. Ca fait 40 ans que Boss existe avec un historique bureau de recherches et développement. Pour les simus d'ampli, les 2 sont biens. Peut-être un poil + de souffle chez Helix sur les amplis hi-gain.
@@youridegroote probably you dont remember, but probably you just grabbed a factory preset and made little modifications to it. We are really waiting, I dont think you even remember about GT10 because it was ages to you, but if there is something, somewhere you got the patch, or any piece of information you can tells us, I'd thank you. Than sound you got was so cool. I think you said in the comments you did 300 + 600 delay.. but if you remember which OD, which preamp.. anything might help. thanks

david milne generally you never play alone with an od, it's in the mix that the sound matters. At least for me.

Nothing beats a maple fretboard/neck! Just ask Jimi Hendrix, Yngwie Malmsteen, David Gilmour and Ritchie Blackmore....
