The fact you can choose to be a stone cold merc who always finishes the job, an empathetic human who always chooses mercy, or a money hungry rat that just sides with whatever gets you paid the most is the reason I really like the gigs and side missions in this game

What i love about dialogue choices in this game is the choices are simple, but much more interesting when V speaks it. For example "I'm listening" choice, V will instead says "30 seconds, change my mind"
That's actually what a lot of people DIDN"T like, because they never knew what to expect, in reality. There was a whole thing for awhile of people making fun of mass effect and the like for having choices like: Do you want to work with me? Yes. No. but the actual dialogue is something they didn't expect like (yes) I want to work you into a fine paste (Combat Start) (no) Not without discussing my payment, first. This is obv an exaggerated example, but the fact of the matter is "i'm listening" and "you have thirty seconds to convince me not to kill you" are not the same, and folks may have wanted to be less aggressive, in choosing that (seemingly) more calm option.

Nobody does, limos are literally defined by the fact that they're driven by a chauffeur, they probably mean just a luxury SUV instead because I don't think there are any limos in the game unless you count the automated taxis. Because plenty of rich people irl drive their own cars recklessly even though they have nothing to gain and can easily have someone else drive them.

im pretty sure you can knock her out and then send her to the parents of the victim or something like that i dont remember but usually you can pacifist run these missions to get more interactions
In most cases if you knock out a kill order, the fixer sends a car. And there is one side mission that shines a light on what happens after that. You can find such a car crashed, with nice little logs from the fixer's men lamenting that a merc didn't finish the guy off, and then they got ambushed by a rival gang looking to free the trunk guy (who was using his implants to organize such a rescue).
In another game Stalker 2 heart of Chernobyl when taking a kill bandits quest and paid 1100 coupons after and my mind is thinking. “ I will get double the money If I pick up the bandit guns and sell them, Sometimes you got to outbid the client” 😏

It depends on where you live in the Cyberpunk world. Night City is so bad because it's run almost entirely by corporations while the NUSA and Free States are a lot better because they have functioning governments with actual laws and law enforcement agencies. In the Free States and NUSA, crimes will actually be investigated while in Night City the NCPD is severely corrupt and lacks the resources to investigate even the most heinous crimes.
