Vapormatt Sabre automatic wet blasting machine

The incredibly versatile Vapormatt Sabre automatic wet blasting machine can be used for all sorts of Aerospace MRO and OEM applications.
The Sabre can rapidly and efficiently wet shot peen engine components like turbine and fan blades. It can also clean and de-coat / de-paint all sorts of parts in preparation for NDT crack detection, including:
· Fan blades
· Turbine blades
· Nozzle guide vanes
· Fan and turbine discs
· Blisks
· Driveshafts
The cartesian robot in the Sabre supports multiple blast guns and provides 4 axis of movement to ensure the blast is precisely targeted at a specific area of the component's surface.
With 100 programmable coordinates, the point-to-point blasting is highly controllable and repeatable, perfect for accurately and thoroughly cleaning individual fir tree or dovetail slots on an engine fan or turbine disc for example.
