Question…. I have a 2013 Honda pilot in pristine condition, but headlights are starting to haze up only on top. How would I approach the sanding with just the top part hazing instead of the whole heading?
So, you take your payments upfront at the appointment scheduling or after you are done with the headlights? I guess it can vary, but you can't trust people to be honest that they will pay upon completion, or they try haggling for a lower price that what was initially quoted.
Alcohol worked great. Now I have another customer that has a good size chip missing of paint from their fender where a bubbled chip was. The tape pulled it up.
@@weskling I think I just commented on the over video. I made a video here ua-cam.com/video/DzneYw3JJxM/v-deo.html Its VERY important to do your inspections prior to taping and explain to the customer they may have weak paint

You'll want to remove all of the old clear coat, otherwise it might be visible when you apply the new clear coat.
@ Make sense I appreciate it. Love the videos 💪🏼
I’ve done a few sets with the nextgen. Man that stuff is great!! Thanks
Glad to hear! It's a big time saver
I just bought all my stuff to get started, and one thing I bought was a 5 gallon container and a cordless pump so it can fill up my spray bottle.
Nice! We have one for long days. Definitely a solid investment.

No, we take the payment when the job is complete since we are satisfied guaranteed. We've never had a customer refuse, or not pay.

How do you get overspray off of a fender if it's been cured for a month? I'm dealing with a customer right now.
99% rubbing alcohol, if not a clay bar should work. If it's really bad, a small amount if goo gone
One thing to consider, if it’s been a month how do you know it’s from your work?
