This adventure is far way better than the safari lol🤣. Seriously, hiking is somehow a way of meditation, it releases a lot of negative energy. It was rewarding especially when you reached the peak. Sulfur can be used as medication specifically for skin problems btw. And lastly I right away joined your freedom creator academy.☺️

@@vikiluspo6122 yes, you see zebras, wildebeest just graizing and running around, lions and basically all the animals in madagascar. but for the price of the tour + the long hours you just spent on the jeep/truck.... again yes, it is a once in a lifetime experience, yes the scenery of the endless savanna is breath taking. but to me, unless you really love animals. i really dont think it's worth-it tbh...
@Michael Jake usman...well I have travelled around the world and for me it is worth seeing Tanzania, the Maasai tribe culture ,animals in their natural habitat not to dismiss historical sites in Europe,Middle East etc...and by the way to compliment andbeyond safari and Qatar Airways for the comfortable bed ,free pajamas etc.Thank you for your input.

I also climbed Ijen last September and I agree that this was indeed a humbling and amazing experience. miners risk their lives everyday to earn little money for this very hazardous job; they don't wear masks, no gloves, proper shoes whatsoever.. our tour guide (who used to be a miner) said that the government provided them masks but they chose to sell it instead coz 1.that means extra money 2.they were used to not using it. and most of them are aware that inhaling these smokes everyday can affect them in long term.. sobrang kalungkot. the beauty of the mountain and the blue fire on the other hand, is just purely magical. Fun fact, there are only 2 places in the world where you can see natural blue fire, here in iljen banyuwangi, indonesia, and in Ethiopia- but in Ethiopia mountain- its not always visible unlike in Ijen :D and nelly and her group were very lucky too kasi hindi masyadong mausok- when I climbed it, we didn't dare taking off our masks coz the smoke was really thick! we even had to close our eyes and stopped walking at one point for about than 4-5 minutes coz it was blowing so hard. pero its very fun!! Thanks Nelly for sharing your experience!! ❤
