My Hoover React of six years is the best vacuum I've ever had. It picks up much more than can be visibly seen. Afterwards, it's so easy to empty and clean the filtration system. i used my wet/dry vac to suck out all the minute debris from the filtration system and use the air blower to get out all the fine particles. And because the filtration system is made of hard plastic and thin metal, i'll run hot water through it ever so often for extra cleaning.. The sponge filter under the filtration system can be cleaned with soap and water before rinsing and letting it dry .Although it's not necessary, I use my wet dry vac to pull out all the excess moisture from the spongy filter to dry even faster.
16:26..Is that cyclone suppose to have a filter on top of it? Also, even after removing the 6 screws, I could not take apart my cyclone. Therefore I had to clean it out as best I could to get it "functionally clean."
Shux. The only part I needed to see (putting the clear top back on the filtration assembly), was performed completely out of camera range, beginning at 13:43 through 14:10). It's the only part I can't remember how to get back on. Was hoping you would show it.
@@VacMaster1991 You need to get a new one then. That was the reason why that blue and white filter would not fit in properly. You need to put that skinny foam filter in first before you put in the blue and white one. And then it will fit in there right. Reason I know this is I just trash picked one of those today. I don’t have a problem with fitting that filter in there.
Can you please make a video of how to take the inner filter parts apart? I cannot figure it out!!! 😩 I was hoping you would show that all in this video when I found it haha
I just trash picked a model UH73301 Hoover "React" today (3/3/2022). I’m drying it out now. I’ll plug it into a GFCI outlet after waiting 24 hours. UPDATE: (next day 3/4/2022) It works! Just needs cleaning, and a broken gray plastic part in the middle of the silver wand needs to be glued and taped together. Thanks to your video, I was finally able to remove the HEPA filters on mine. Now if I can just get that black plastic part removed from the cyclone. I already removed the 6 screws. But it still won't come off. I can't righteously clean out the cyclone until I do get it off.
@@VacMaster1991 Update on my Hoover React: 1…I never could get that cyclone removed out of the dirt cup despite having removed the six screws first. But since the cyclone wasn’t that dirty in the first place, I decided to not worry about it. 2…The “FloorSense”, which worked great at first, does not work so great now. It’s unclear whether it since got wonky on me, or whether my carpet is so thin, that the FloorSense mistakes it for a hard floor. 3… I glued and taped my broken wand part together, and so far it’s holding. 4…I’m disappointed that it does not pass the “how low can it go?” test as it cannot get underneath my bed. 5…This is the only Bag less vacuum that I know of that claims to have a “sealed allergen system.”
I have a two-year-old model almost identical to yours but the center part that you’re banging out that goes in the middle of the vacuum do you know that comes apart and you can clean it as well as wash certain parts but not all of them
I tend to wash everything in the sink which helps most of the area, I bought one from Home Depo which had we had to return because they do not make the belt anymore.
Also, vacumning the two gray filters does not clean them. - that’s partly why you’re getting that dust and dirt passing the filters- they are filthy and they cannot capture any more dust particles. Those are meant to be replaced, not vacumned. The fibers of the filter are clogged when dirty and vacuuming them does not suffice.

All I wanted was to see how you are putting the metal filter back in…and you did this off screen. . .sigh. . .also, you’d have muck more luck just using Hot/medium temp water to clean out all dirt and grime (NOT the HEPA).
OK second comment that’s hilarious my little vacuum my Dyson I have the same one as you that we both pretty much have the same vacuums that ‘s hilarious

No. The filter is under the bin. Even with the screws removed they are hard to take out. A good pull should help.

I need to see how reassemble a Hoover react.
There was a black filter that came with it but I didn’t see yours and where it goes.
I though It was trash and tossed it.

Love mine. Thanks for the video helping me see all the serviceable parts
Your welcome

Those shouldn't be changed. According to hoover anyway
What should you do if your vacuum whistling very loud? We did all cleaning we check it all but still whistling we don’t know the problem 😢
Not sure. I would contact hoover support and ask them.

Dyson, Bissell shark, Samsung, LG and many other brands have sealed vacuums. This hoover is one of the least sealed in the sealed Allergen vacuums

do you know anything about motor replacement? brush is not rolling. belt is fine. need new motor which spins the brush. help.
I don't have this vacuum anymore so I can't help. Changing the motor would be very difficult. I would contact hoover if still in warranty

Biggest issue I saw was that you are MISSING TWO FILTERS ...
Missing where
You’re Missing the black carbon filter that goes in under the blue filter that you keep saying doesn’t fit.

Well I'm not paying because a filter is dirty. Hoover is just to cheap to include washable filters like every other vacuum company.

Does the professional pet have the same problem?
Yes! it does. Not as bad though.
I've been having problems with mine...mine says clog but I've LITERALLY dug the ENTIRE thing out and it still says clog...🤷🤦

It kinda looks like Hoover is still copying Dyson. Interesting footage. It's good to know someone is exposing the fraudulent claims. Good job!!
Tim Connell, Thank you. Any claims that don't hold up will be posted on my channel I can tell you that.
@@VacMaster1991 👍
You should run under water to clean.
I think you contact Dyson and let them know what Hoover has been doing makeing false advertisement claims .
LOL. Dyson would just laugh!
Should have concentrated on showing the vacuum parts and the process. Saw your foot most of the time
I didn't own a Tripod at this time
Yes
This is false advertisement Dyson Should sue them.
I wish I could see what you were doing, your arm is in the way. :(
This was before I had a selfie stick
